AIOU announces schedule for Matric/FA assignments’  submission  

ISLAMABAD - Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has announced the assignment schedule for Matric and F.A. programs offered in the spring semester 2023. According to the AIOU, May 31 is the submission deadline for the first complete course assignment, June 23 for the second assignment whereas July 17 and August 18 is the last submission date for the third and fourth assignments respectively. The submission deadline for 1st and 2nd half course assignments of matric and F.A programs is June 23, 2023, and August 18, 2023, respectively. Students can get names, addresses, and other information of their respective tutors on CMS portal at http://enrollment.aiou.edu.pk or from any nearest regional campus. Students will be responsible for late assignment submission, and assignments reaching after the due dates will not be accepted. Moreover, the university has also uploaded the assignments and instructions for writing and submitting assignments for the Associate Degree, BS, B.Ed., MA, MSc, M.Ed, and ATTC programs on the website www.aiou.edu.pk. The schedule for submission of assignments for these programs will be announced soon. Students enrolled in these programs will submit their assignments online while students enrolled in Matriculation, FA and BA (associate degree) programs will submit (dispatch) their assignments to the respective tutors manually. University has also uploaded instructions on its official website for the convenience of students.

AIOU announces results of HSSC,FA

November 29, 2023

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) Tuesday announced results of HSSC and FA programs offered in the spring semester 2023 and results had been uploaded to the CMS portal. The students who complete their program will receive completers soon, said a press release issued here. Moreover, the university also announced the assignments schedule for Matric and F.A programs offered in autumn semester 2023 and details have been uploaded on its website. According to the schedule, 4th December is the submission deadline for the first assignment, December 28, for the second assignment, January 29, 2024, for third and, February 16, 2024, is the last submission date for the fourth assignment. The submission deadline for two course assignments of matric and F.A programs is December 28, 2023, and February 16, 2024, respectively. The students can get names, addresses, and other information of their respective tutors on CMS portal at http://enrollment.aiou.edu.pk or from any nearest regional campus. The students will be responsible for late assignment submission, and assignments reaching after the due dates will not be accepted. It is worth mentioning here that Vice Chancellor, AIOU, Prof. Dr. Nasir Mehmood directed the heads of the Examination Department, Admissions Department, Regional Directors, and other departments to take steps to strengthen the student support system.

AIOU Assignment Submission Schedule Spring 2023 for Matric and FA. Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), located in Islamabad, has recently released the assignment submission schedule for the Matric and FA programs for the Spring 2023 Semester.

In order to adapt to current circumstances, the university authorities have made it mandatory for students to submit their assignments online through the AIOU LMS Portal.

AIOU Assignment Submission Schedule Spring 2023

For the first full course assignment, students are required to submit it by May 31, 2023. The deadline for the second exercise is June 23. Similarly, the third full course assignment must be submitted by July 17, and the fourth assignment by August 18.

It is strongly advised that students complete and submit their assignments within the specified timeframes. Failure to do so may adversely impact their results and potentially prevent them from appearing in the final exams.

Tennessee Titans 2024 schedule: Aaron Rodgers, Caleb Williams, Joe Burrow, oh, my

The Tennessee Titans’ 2024 season will be one of self-discovery, a 17-game search for the answer to this question above all others: Is Will Levis the guy?

That will be about what Levis does, each week and each weekend, and it will be easier to address if he gets dynamic receiver play (likely, with Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd joining DeAndre Hopkins ) and a massive upgrade in pass protection (possible, with No. 7 pick JC Latham in at left tackle and being developed by line coach Bill Callahan). But he will also be compared each week against a fascinating array of counterparts.

Find the boring quarterback on Tennessee’s schedule . You’ll come up empty. It starts right away with a trip to the Chicago Bears and the introduction of Caleb Williams — the most-anticipated QB debut in this league since Trevor Lawrence and Urban Meyer launched their intended takeover of the NFL in 2021. Then Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets come to Nashville.

It’s all greats ( Joe Burrow , Josh Allen ), gigantically paid goods ( Jared Goff ), young elite hopefuls (Lawrence, CJ Stroud, Justin Herbert , Tua Tagovailoa , Anthony Richardson , Jordan Love ) or rookie first-rounders ( Drake Maye , Jayden Daniels , JJ McCarthy) from there. That’ll spice up the conversation as first-year coach Brian Callahan finds out what he has in 2023 second-round pick Levis.

Also, though the Titans’ last-place schedule is tied with the Indianapolis Colts for 21st in opponent winning percentage from last season (.491), things could get sticky if the Titans don’t find enough pass rush. Rodgers and Burrow were hurt and technically played a combined 11 games last season (10 for Burrow, four plays for Rodgers), and this is not a great time to be matched up with the NFC North.

McCarthy and the Minnesota Vikings might be the only break there. Though the season opener could turn out to be just about anything. Here’s more on the Titans’ 2024 schedule:

Week 1 keys to victory

Dennard Wilson’s defense, which is a descendant of Mike Macdonald’s flexible, versatile, aggressive-but-not-too-aggressive scheme that is spreading through the league, must come right out and establish itself against a rookie quarterback. The Titans upgraded dramatically at cornerback, and they get tough matchups right away. To help Levis, the Titans need to get some production from the tandem of Tyjae Spears and Tony Pollard — in the first taste of life after Derrick Henry for the Titans — against the team that led the NFL in rush defense in 2023.

Must-watch game: vs. Bengals , Week 15

Brian Callahan gets a visit from mentor Zac Taylor and prized pupil Burrow, marking the fourth meeting between these teams since 2020. The Cincinnati Bengals won three of those but only averaged 14 points per game in the past three meetings against the defenses of Callahan’s Nashville predecessor, Mike Vrabel. A banged-up Burrow could only muster a field goal last season at Nissan Stadium. He and Callahan prevailed in the biggest of those games, in January 2022 in the divisional round of the playoffs, despite the Titans sacking Burrow nine times. Ryan Tannehill ’s three interceptions that day started the process that saw Levis replace him last season.

Toughest stretch: Weeks 2-4

The toughest back-to-back assignment is the Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions on the road in weeks 7 and 8, but the Titans jump right into a rough patch after the opener in Chicago. Rodgers’ current and former teams could be formidable this season, with Rodgers healthy and joining a fierce defense and retooled offense, and with Love hoping to build on his breakout 2023. Those are difficult assignments at home, followed by another Monday night at the Miami Dolphins — and they surely haven’t forgotten the Titans’ theft of their meeting last season.

Game that has gotten tougher: vs. Patriots , Week 9

It’s still one of the easiest on the schedule, but had the New England Patriots decided to focus on infrastructure for a quarterback rather than actually selecting a quarterback, this would be less of a wild card. As it is, No. 3 pick Maye brings a lot of talent and hope with him to the Pats, and by the time he comes to Nashville, he will have some valuable experience logged. This also marks a homecoming for former Tennessee Volunteers star Jerod Mayo.

One game the Titans can’t afford to lose: vs. Colts, Week 6

It wasn’t long ago these were the two teams at the top of the AFC South, battling it out while the Jags and Houston Texans tried to out-embarrass each other on Sundays. Now these are the lesser two teams on paper, and if the Titans want any chance at the postseason, they probably need to sweep the Colts. They certainly can’t lose to them at home. This season will feature the first look at former SEC rivals Levis and Richardson going head-to-head in the NFL.

Best offense the Titans will face: at Lions, Week 8

Goff is far from the best or most interesting quarterback on the schedule, though he trails only Burrow in terms of pay. He’s also at the controls of a nightmare of an offense to face, from offensive coordinator Ben Johnson to the Penei Sewell -led offensive line to two terrific and complementary backs to the pass catchers. Amon-Ra St. Brown is the star, but is Jameson Williams about to bust out for the Lions?

Best defense the Titans will face: at Texans and Texans (weeks 12 and 18)

Two members of that defense, Denico Autry and Azeez Al-Shaair , left the Titans to join the Texans. Autry’s departure is especially tough. And he will be part of a defense featuring Will Anderson and Derek Stingley, with corner help and Danielle Hunter added. All playing for DeMeco Ryans. That gives the Texans a slight nod over the Jets.

Predicted record: 8-9

Nine road games — a year after the Titans lost a home game to go lose to the Baltimore Ravens in London — doesn’t help. Nor does the aforementioned pairing with the AFC North. The opener is going to be critical for this team, followed as it is by a tough stretch. Expect the Titans to improve and still suffer a third straight losing season.

Predicted AFC South finish: Tied for third

It’s hard to break the tie with the Colts, right down to their matching schedule strengths. This also helps confirm the rise of the AFC South, if the worst record in the division is 8-9. If Levis takes a sizeable leap this season, the Titans can push for a wild-card spot. Same goes for Richardson and the Colts.
