Submitting Assignments Using Turnitin

Turnitin is integrated within myunisa to uphold academic integrity by identifying non-original content in your assignments and to protect your intellectual property. here's what you need to know about using , turnitin for your submissions., when is turnitin used.

  • Selective Application : Turnitin is not used for all assignments. It is applied selectively for certain modules or types of assessments. If your assignment requires Turnitin, this will be indicated in the assignment details.

Accepting the End User License Agreement (EULA)

  • Mandatory Acceptance : If Turnitin is used for an assignment, you will be prompted to accept the Turnitin EULA. Accepting this agreement is crucial as it allows the system to check your submission for originality and protects your submitted work from being plagiarized by others in the future.

How to Submit Assignments with Turnitin

  • Submission Process : You do not need a separate login for Turnitin; it is fully integrated with your myModules and myExams. • Originality Report : After submission, Turnitin will generate an Originality Report. This report will show a percentage that represents the similarity index of your work compared to other sources. This percentage helps identify how much of your work matches content from other documents, including internet sources, previous submissions, and academic publications.

Important Notes

  • Draft Submissions : You can submit draft versions of your assignment to check the preliminary Originality Report. This allows you to make necessary revisions before your final submission without affecting your originality score.
  • Permanent Record : All submissions are stored permanently on Turnitin to ensure that future submissions do not mistakenly flag your original work as plagiarized.

This integration of Turnitin in myModules aims to support your academic journey by providing a tool that encourages original writing and ensures fair academic practices. Always ensure to adhere to the guidelines set forth for each assignment and utilize Turnitin as a resource to help maintain your academic integrity.

Capitec Working Hours on Sunday: What You Need to Know

Capitec Working Hours on Sunday

Capitec Bank, one of South Africa’s leading financial institutions, is known for its customer-friendly services and accessibility. Whether you need to make a deposit, withdraw cash, or seek financial advice, knowing when Capitec branches are open can save you time and effort. If you’re wondering about Capitec’s working hours on Sundays, this article will provide you with all the details you need.

Are Capitec Branches Open on Sunday?

Yes, selected Capitec branches are open on Sundays. This is part of the bank’s effort to provide convenient banking services to customers who may not have time to visit during the week. However, not all branches are open, so it’s important to check the specific branch hours before you visit.

Typical Sunday Working Hours for Capitec

While Capitec branches generally have shorter working hours on Sundays, the typical operating times are as follows:

  • Sunday Hours : 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

These hours may vary depending on the branch location, so it’s always a good idea to verify the hours for your specific branch.

How to Check Capitec Branch Hours

There are several ways you can check the working hours of a Capitec branch near you:

  • The Capitec website provides a branch locator tool where you can search for your nearest branch and view its operating hours, including Sunday hours.
  • The Capitec mobile app also offers a branch locator feature. This is especially convenient if you’re on the go and need to find a nearby branch quickly.
  • If you’re unsure about the Sunday hours for your local branch, you can call Capitec’s customer care line at 0860 10 20 43. A representative can provide you with the most accurate information.
  • Simply searching for the specific branch on Google often displays the operating hours directly in the search results.

Services Available on Sundays

While Capitec branches are open on Sundays, it’s important to note that not all services may be available. Commonly available services include:

  • Cash Deposits and Withdrawals : You can deposit and withdraw money as usual.
  • Account Inquiries : Speak to a consultant about any questions or issues related to your account.
  • Loan Applications : Apply for personal loans or inquire about other loan services.
  • Card Replacements : Request a replacement for lost or damaged bank cards.

Important Considerations

  • Peak Hours : Sundays can be busier at Capitec branches, especially towards closing time. To avoid long waits, try to visit earlier in the day.
  • Public Holidays : If a Sunday falls on a public holiday, the branch hours may differ. Always check in advance if the Sunday is also a holiday.
  • Limited Services : Some services, such as business banking or certain administrative tasks, may not be available on Sundays.

Capitec Bank’s decision to keep selected branches open on Sundays is a testament to its commitment to providing convenient banking services to its customers. Whether you need to perform routine transactions or seek assistance with your account, you can take advantage of the Sunday working hours. Just remember to check the specific branch hours before heading out to ensure they are open and can meet your needs.
