Generally, Preply invites every passionate individual to be part of their ever-growing pool of tutors. Keep in mind that they take a commission fee from your lessons to connect you with students from all over the world, provide video tools, and develop the learning materials to guide your teaching. Beijing-based VIPKID is one of the best paid online teaching jobs if you are interested in teaching English online. All lesson planning, grading, and curriculum development are taken care of so you can concentrate on what you do best: inspiring your students. Contracts are for six months, during which you can work as much or as little as you’d like. And payments couldn’t be easier with direct bank deposits between the 10th and the 15th of each month.
- Requirements: Some teaching or mentoring experience, a bachelor’s degree, and an appropriate laptop or desktop computer with a headset and camera. US and Canadian citizens only.
