This is the symbol of irkutsk and on the flag which is cool, but we were their in February, so standing around looking at a sculpture was a little cool
Being the symbol of Irkutsk, it wouldn't be right not to get your picture taken here. Also, we are told that rubbing the claws of the tiger will bring you wealth. Couldn't hurt, right?
Slightly random massive bronze of the city emblem. Worth stopping to have your picture taken oin the way to dinner and drinks in 130 district.
