To help give this Fiverr review a well-rounded perspective, I decided to check out a bunch of the biggest customer review sites , Trustpilot, G2 and Sitejabber. So. let’s see what a bigger pool of Fiverr customers are saying about the platform.

Trustpilot has the largest pool of reviews, with 9,914 users sharing their experience and opinion on Fiverr. The table below shows the breakdown of the reviews from 5 to 1 star. More than 60% of users left a positive 5-star rating, and on the other end of the scale, 26% left a 1-star rating.

I was left curious, so decided to investigate further into Trustpilot’s customer reviews and ratings.

Many of the 5-star reviews were impressed with the quality of work, diverse range of freelancers and competitive prices. “I’ve had ALL positive experiences with Fiverr… the convenience is unmatched. The freelancers I’ve collaborated with have been outstanding”, a five-star reviewer said.

Still, I couldn’t help but wonder why customers had left only a 1-star rating, I discovered found that many bad experiences come from working with a specific freelancer they had hired, or they weren’t happy with the customer service. “A freelancer caused me huge damage and loss”, a one-star reviewer said.

Other negative reviewers were from sellers who felt they weren’t supported by Fiverr when dealing with buyers. “…lots of competition, rarely gets a chance for newcomers nowadays” a one-star reviewer said.

Over at G2, customers have left 407 Fiverr reviews, with 262 users praising Fiverr with 5-stars and only 11 users leaving a 1-star review. Similarly, many of its five-star reviews complimented the vast variety of services, quality of freelancers and secure payment plan. “I love that Fiverr has a good variety of sellers that are EASY to get in touch with…” a five-star reviewer said.

Sitejabbers overall rating was noticeably much lower than both Trustpilot and G2, which left me curious about its 1-star ratings. As I explored further, I found most of those reviews were left by unhappy sellers and those that had a bad experience with a particular freelancer. “We were scammed on Fiverr by a website developer, who never finished the project”, said a one-star reviewer. I guess this is inevitable when freelancers aren’t vetted by the platform beforehand, like on Toptal .

My Experience as a Fiverr Buyer

As a buyer on Fiverr , I’ve hired a couple of different sellers to help me with a couple of small projects. One was to design a logo and the other was writing an article, and my experience both times was overall a positive one . I will add here that I did spend some time researching and reading reviews on sellers, before I committed to anyone. I also sent messages to a handful of sellers, to see when and how they would respond. This was a little tedious, to be honest, and not everyone would have the time to do all of this.

On both occasions, I didn’t choose a beginner seller or one of the cheaper options . I went for a mid-range price tag and a seller with a couple of hundred reviews. The requirements section of the order is where the seller asks you a bunch of questions about the job, this is your chance to explain in as much detail as possible as to what you are looking for. This is absolutely key as the first time round, I was more vague, and then it required more revisions in the end. It’s also important to consider the package you choose. I opted for a Standard package which gave me 3 sets of revisions as I was confident I’d not need more.

Every time I used Fiverr, I was somehow satisfied with the end results; therefore, I have never had to use their refunds and guarantee policy . But generally speaking, only when you’re 100% satisfied, click ‘Completed’ to finalize your order.

Fiverr For Buyers

Fiverr has made buying ‘Gigs’ a smooth and hassle-free experience for buyers. Alongside that, the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate around, it reminds me of how easy it is to buy on Amazon. Once you’ve picked a freelancer and chosen a Gig package, it may take as little as a couple of days to get your order delivered. Sounds simple enough, perhaps even too easy, right?

Well, before you rush into anything, I thought it would be helpful to share from my own experience, along with the 7 steps (and 1 optional) that can help you have a positive buying experience.

Choose a Category

Once you’re logged in, you can begin by choosing from one of Fiverr’s 10 main categories. I went ahead and selected ‘ Writing & Translation’, as I knew I wanted help writing an article.

When you hover over one of its categories, you’ll see a long list of subcategories and a further list of subcategories to choose from. In case you know exactly what you’re looking for, you can type it directly into the search bar.

Use the Filters

To help narrow down your search, you can use Fiverr’s helpful filters to get exactly what you are looking for. You can choose from:

• Service options
• Seller details (which allows you to pick a top-rated seller)
• Budget (choose your minimum and maximum budget)
• Delivery time (there is an option for an express, 24 hours) .

One of the filters I particularly like is the ‘Online sellers’, especially if you’re in a bit of a rush, and you want a Seller to get started on your order right away , there is a good chance they might be able to.

Read Seller Reviews

Once your search has been narrowed down by the filters, you can check out the list of sellers and their ratings and reviews that have been left by previous buyers. If you are looking for an experienced and successful seller, then a 5-star rating is something to look out for.

Gig & Packages

When you are set on your chosen seller and Gig, you can click on them to read in a little more detail about the service they offer, check out their portfolio and compare the different packages available. Most sellers offer 3 packages, which vary in their offering and come with 3 different prices. The Basic is the most affordable, while the Standard and Premium offer more extensive features and come with a higher price tag.

Order & Pay

After choosing your preferred package, you’ll be taken through to the Order Details where you’ll need to add your card details, or you can pay with PayPal if you prefer. Then you select ‘Pay’ in your preferred currency.

If it’s easier, you can store and save your payment details within your Fiverr account, as this will make it easier if you plan to request future jobs or projects.

Submit Requirements

Now that your order has been processed, you’ll need to submit some requirements to your seller , so they can start working on your order. In most cases, the Seller will have a list of questions and the option to upload any files for them to work on. I found that this stage of the ordering process to be vital, the more detail and information I gave, the closer the end result met my expectations. Once you’ve added all the information, you can select ‘Start Order’.

Approve Order

This is the most important part of the ordering process. Only once you are completely satisfied and happy with your order, should you click ‘Completed’. This crucial part of the ordering process is in place to protect you, the buyer. That will then mark the end of your Fiverr ordering journey.

A seller should never request for you to mark the order as complete if the job isn’t finished or the service promised isn’t provided. If that happens, you must reach out to Fiverr customer support.

Leave a Review

This is an optional step , but it’s important for sellers to have ratings and reviews. This is also a good way to let the seller know are satisfied with their work. Plus, the more detail you leave, the more helpful it is for future buyers.

Fiverr Pro Account

As a buyer, you have the option to create a Fiverr Pro Account, which you can either merge with your original Fiverr account or you can make two separate accounts. The good news is signing up for it is completely free .

It’s a service that will match you with Fiverr’s top-performing freelancers, help you set up projects and work with your team.

Fiverr For Sellers

Fiverr allows anyone to sign up as a seller on Fiverr, there isn’t an official vetting process . That said, you will need to spend some time going through the sign-up process and following the steps to create your profile, set up a gig, and decide on your package offerings.

• Create and Publish a Gig

The Fiverr seller community is made up of thousands of freelancers , so it’s important to consider that when you first sign up. It may take some time for you to attract buyers. For starters, it’s important to create an engaging Gig description, include the right tags and keywords, set up a competitive price, and promote gigs.

Getting Paid

As a seller working on Fiverr, you’ll be paid for each separate order you complete. So only once you’ve finished the work or project, Fiverr will release 80% of the funds, as remember each seller is charged a 20% commission for each sale .

Those funds remain under a ‘pending’ status for a 14-day clearing period in case the buyer isn’t satisfied and decides to request a refund. Once that 14-day period is up, the funds will be marked as ‘cleared’ and sellers can withdraw with PayPal, Fiverr Revenue Card or bank transfer if you’re in the US.

Fiverr allows you to withdraw revenue in the following currencies; USD (US$) Australian Dollar (A$), Canadian Dollar (C$), British Pound (£), Euro (€), Israeli Shekel (₪).

Top-rated sellers are eligible to withdraw funds following a 7-day clearing period after the order is marked complete.

How Much Is Fiverr?

The good news is Fiverr is completely free to sign up to for both buyers and sellers . The price that sellers can charge for their gigs can range from as low as $5 and some go all the way up to $10,000, but thankfully most stay around the affordable end. The majority of Sellers offer 3 different priced packages which come with different variations of offerings and revisions.

Buyers & Seller Fees

As a Buyer on Fiverr, with every order you make, there will be a 5.5% service fee added to the total amount. This service fee will be added at checkout, so you’ll see it in the total before you pay. Something else to note is that if your purchase totals less than $75, there will be an additional $2.50 ‘small order fee’ added to the total price.

As a seller on Fiverr, it charges a 20% commission on each sale that is made. So in the end, Fiverr will collect a 25.5% of each order , which when you think about it, isn’t as generous as you may have initially been led to believe.

Refunds & Guarantees

Fiverr also offers refunds, depending on what stage of the ordering process you are at. As a buyer on Fiverr, if you aren’t satisfied during the design process, you’ll have the option to cancel the order and request a refund .

Fiverr will offer you a couple of options:

• It can assist you with finding another seller to complete your project if you wish to continue.
• You can seek out a seller for yourself
• If you prefer to continue with requesting a refund, Fiverr will need to approve it, and if accepted, it will refund the amount to your Fiverr balance within 10 days.

Fiverr doesn’t automatically process refunds to your payment provider, e.g. credit card or PayPal . You’ll need to request this from Fiverr Customer Support.

In the case that you request a refund after you have clicked ‘completed’ on the final order. Fiverr will have to review your case and your reasons for cancelling the order after approval. A full or partial refund will be considered and again if approved, it will be returned to your Fiverr account, PayPal or original bank account.

The 14-day hold on payments received via Fiverr as a seller was useful information. My experience setting up on Fiverr was getting flag after flag, even on my zip code, which is ridiculous. Upwork was a comparable breeze. My experience really soured on the issue of using a freelancer Website at all.

Designer Was Great, Fiverr's Shady

I worked with an excellent designer, Amir K. It was a pleasure and I recommend highly. However, I was expecting to receive a competed package rather than disparate elements. Fiverr then sent me a message thanking me for a $29 tip (?), $33.41 including fees. I wonder if Amir received any of it.I haven't received my copyright confirmation either. It's left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Great customer service

There are many unprofessional freelancers who are looking for quick money providing horrible work. Self called "experts"... But customer support it's very awesome! Anytime job was done badly and amateurishly, after providing informations and screenshot they resolved it everytime by giving me money back. That's what's makes Fiverr good for buyers. That you know you are safe to spend your money. If freelancer is bad, and trying to trick you, or do job awfully they will step in and you won't lose money. Props to them. But I think maybe vetting process should be more scrict, so Fiverr weed out bad freelancers better, so it become more quality service site.

Bad Customer Service

Sent these guys an email and they responded with some random stuff that had nothing to do with my question at all. Update: they fixed the issue for me, it was a simple fix. I guess the only problem I have with the platform is that they've trained the sellers to respond to first messages in 24 hours and then often they blank/ignore you after instead of telling you they can't do the job and are unpunished for this behaviour. Kudos to the people that just reply and say they cant do it, but they need to stop sellers saying they can do a job and then ghosting before an order actually starts.

Site requires better buyer/seller protections.

I had an issue with a freelancer I hired on this site. I was very unhappy with the work carried out and the fact that the freelancer then claimed that the job had been completed and received the fee I had paid. I could either write off the small amount, letting the freelancer get away with it, or fight back. I decided to make sure he would not profit from this so I wasted a serious amount of my time to get this situation rectified. It took a bit of time and a lot of effort providing information to customer support but eventually they did refund me. I would really like an easier way to deal with issues like this. Perhaps even an easier way to prevent payments going through until customers are completely satisfied.

This is a joke

This is some king BS. My gigs are constantly rejected due site restrictions. I keep editing them to meet the requirements but I'm still receiving warnings and no one can tell me why? For 20% fee I would expect a better guidance. The worst thing is that I can find hundreds other gigs that for some reason are compliant although there are very similiar. I'm done with Fiverr, taking my business somewhere else

I tried to use Fiverr for App…

I tried to use Fiverr for App Development, however I find that most of these "so called" developers are scammers. They provide a basic UI/UX design (done via AI or some fake look alike platform), and then they either: Disappear after the design phase (collected funds) or try to squeeze phase #2 charge out of you. Meh, not bad

Fiverr is a good website regarding marketplace buying and selling, I've been working with them for years; we're talking about at least 10 years. Fiverr is beneficial in the sense that you don't have to go through the hassle of opening up a website and having to deal with website SEO and all the other stuff you have to go through when opening up an online business, they already take care of all of that for you including payment methods such as PayPal and credit or debit card payments. All you have to worry about is selling if you're a seller on there. I don't expect them to be perfect, and they are not: the drawbacks are that customer support is limited to creating a ticket and there is no thorough screening process for sellers, they focus on quantity and not on quality which makes it so that the website becomes a breeding ground for scammers and related. Examples I can give in relation to bad customer service is that years upon years ago when I was still a seller, the payment processor they work with that provides sellers with credit or debit cards called payoneer canceled my card & and after communicating with customer support from Fiverr, the conclusion was that I was out of luck so to speak which is obviously unacceptable. If I was still a seller on there, how am I supposed to get access to my funds if I live in a country for example that doesn't support receiving payments through PayPal. Stuff like that definitely needs to be tackled. They're on the same level as Etsy etc etc.

Biggest disappointment: they take % on the tips

I've paid a seller for a coding on WordPress $500. The seller had very good reviews and he claimed to be experienced. He arranged several milestones so I would paid along with the deliveries. I've got nothing for the first milestone but a mere website I would have been able to make on my own. Then, he delayed, again and again and again, cancelling the meetings we had decided together at the last minute with ridiculous reasons. Because he was so late, I was entitled to query a refund, so I've asked to Fiverr customer service if the refund would be total, and they said yes. I then asked for the refund but got only half of the amount paid... EDIT: after struggling for a week or so, I finally got a refund from Fiverr. To be honest, after this bad experience, I looked for another platform for my project, but cannot find any that can proposed similar costs. So I will try again with them, but I regret I've been misleaded by their customer service in respect of the refund I was supposed to get. And I would have appreciated to get at least a time when my request would be dealt with instead of not having any news from them for days. I must say that at the end, I'm satisfied with how they managed my request. My biggest disappointment though, is that they take a purcentage on our tips to the seller, which I don't think is fair.

Decent but money chugging platform, crappy Customer Service

I've been selling services on Fiverr for over 3 years now, and have had relatively good interactions up until now. However, about 1 year ago, I had a buyer leave a troll review because they were upset they didn't get something extra despite it not being possible for me to create (I do video editing for games, and some people want cinematics but those are only possible if you play on PC, this client was on Xbox). They gave me 3 stars and it lowered my overall ratings. I appealed to Fiverr to remove it, since the review of "Xdhhvcxxxs" was neither honest nor useful, but CS refused to do so. I was pissed but let it be since my consistent 5 ⭐ s were keeping my average up and enabling me to maintain a Level One seller rating. However, Fiverr recently changed their levels system and now my Success Score has gone down because of this 1 year old stupid troll review. I appealed to CS again due to the change in relevance, but they simply said because they had already refused they wouldn't remove the review now. It's funny because they also said it was an honest review which reflected the opinion of the buyer. Explain how "Xdhhvcxxxs" reflects any opinion. Fiverr is a decent service (although they rip off both sides and overcharge and take too much), but as soon as you get going start migrating out of their platform before their Customer Service screws you over and they start chugging your revenue. I can't believe they overcharge both the buyer and then take 20% from the seller. Absurd company. Edit: they finally removed the review after over a week of back and forth with CS. I've bumped up my review by 1 star, but the overall experience was still poor, and in general the amount of money Fiverr takes and their support is pretty egregious. Appreciate them removing the troll review though!

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT HAVE ANY POINT OF CONTACT FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I just contracted a freelancer for a website Build out and paid about $300 for it, I made sure to have every requirements by writing to make sure there were no misunderstandings later on the road. Thanks God I did. This person was mean and never responded to my follow up request took 5 days free and on top of it didn't meet the Delivery date, her demeanor was mean all the time and even asked for more money after I placed the order, taking in consideration that there was bout another $250 out of pocket expense. When I wanted to request for help on the Resolution Center there were no phone to call for customer service and the support is very limited, the Seller requested for an extension of time for Delivery which I denied and she was still able to submit the work half way done and mark it as delivered, I made a request for a refund and they stopped responding to my messages on the Resolutions Page, there is no other Customer Support resource into that page, so you are practically on your own as a Customer. Very Dissapointed to their Customer support.

Taking a cut from a tip and threatening email.

Had no issue connecting with a freelancer but I don’t trust Fiverr to make unbiased recommendations. I was happy to leave my freelancer a tip for a job well done but not if Fiverr takes a cut. Fiverr didn’t do the work for me! And I gave, after I agreed and paid for a project, the freelancer my WhatsApp number to make it easier to answer questions and quickly received a fairly threatening email from Fiverr. Just not impressed and will be looking for other options next time.

Just one more seller banned without reasons

As a seller, I strongly advise against offering your services on Fiverr. After years on the platform, dozens of orders and all 5-star reviews, I was permanently banned after two months of temporary block and given no reason. I have never received a warning or gone against the rules. Support only sent me automated emails, refusing each time to give me reasons and assuring me that my case had been 'thoroughly reviewed'. And I am not the only one. Like me, thousands are banned every day. Some with good reasons, but you can never trust Fiverr, because they will never trust you. The truth is that they have too many sellers, and in order not to push prices down too much, they cynically and mercilessly ban them. [EDIT] According to the answer below, Fiverr contacted me. After a week, they actually didn’t, and I don’t think they will contact me in the future. I confirm every word of what I wrote above.

ABSOLUTLEY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Well the good part of Fiverr is there are some very talented providers to be found at great rates. The negative is FIVERR themselves. WORST Customer service in history, if poor customer service was an olympic sport they would be gold medal in every game. I already pay them a rate for every job I contract so they make money off of me already and now they send me on average five unsolicited sales emails a week suggesting "maybe this is a service you would like", if I wanted the service I would look for it, I don't need to be annoyingly prodded by you and you are making more money off of sending me this pollution. I have asked on multiple occasions to have these ad mails stop and they won't even respond. I am looking at other providers now like UPWORK, i tried to ask them and speak with my voice, they wouldn't listen, now I will speak with bad reviews and taking my money elsewhere. If you want talented providers, they are there, if you want any respect or customer service for your money, go elsewhere....FIVERR is the worst

The customer service is terrible

The customer service is terrible, it’s setup in a way to make it difficult to contact customer service. Been waiting several days for a response from the seller link. I then go to the main link get a response right away saying you already have a case open. You can’t make this up…so the message I need resolved nobody responds. The one that I forward asking about the update gets responded to tell me it’s a duplicate, I have been scammed couple times, be careful and ask a lot of questions. Currently a seller built a website for me and did not have a licence to use the interface. Subsequently my store is down I am losing revenue as I wait for a response. There are much better freelance sites.

The success score is abysmal

I’m making some extra money on here which is cool but the new "success score” is really bad. First off, it gives extremely vague and cryptic feedback. It doesn't tell you what exactly you did or said to get the score or even which orders it’s referring to. I've received 24 five-star reviews, and many from a top buyer and I've even received tips, but my score stays at a 4/10. No matter how many great reviews and returning customers I get, it stays the same. This is such an insulting and discouraging system. I'm doing great work and Fiverr shows no appreciation for it whatsoever. It just says effective communication: negative impact and a 4/10. I am super responsive with all my customers. I have no idea why it says that. This is a terrible system that needs to be fixed ASAP unless they want to anger all of their sellers and have them leave the platform. Please pass this feedback along, because it seems like it's going to prevent me from moving to the next level and earning more money. Not only are you hurting your sellers but you're hurting yourselves. The customer service is also very slow and the site is buggy at times. Are Pro Sellers worth the jump in price? In my opinion, yes. It’s not a budget option, but it’s still less expensive than hiring a big business or employee. You get a big boost in quality – Pro Verified sellers are more experienced than other freelancers and deliver more professional, polished work.  If you want to avoid hiring a bad seller on Fiverr, restricting your search to “pro services” is a surefire way to do it.

And not all of them charge thousands of dollars. Browsing a few different categories, I was able to find more affordable Pro Sellers pretty easily.

If Things Go Wrong, You Have Plenty of Options

While Fiverr is loaded with talented freelancers who won’t let you down, you may encounter those that can’t deliver on their promises from time to time. Thankfully, if you pay for a gig and the seller turns out to be unreliable, you have several different ways to deal with it.

First, if a seller is late and unresponsive for 24 hours, you’re free to cancel the order and get a refund . If your freelancer delivers work that doesn’t meet the conditions that were agreed upon, you can turn to Fiverr’s Resolution Center and try to work things out. If you can’t come to an agreement with your seller, you can always turn to the Customer Support team to resolve things.

Fiverr gives you another safety net, too. Once you mark your order as completed, your funds will enter a “pending” status for 14 days (7 days for Top-Rated sellers) . During this time, if you’re unsatisfied with the service or finished product, you can make a dispute. Keep in mind that after this safety period, your payment will transfer completely to the freelancer.

If you need a job done quickly, Fiverr could be the perfect solution. Most freelancers have turnaround times of 48 hours or less. Also, you usually have the option to pay a bit more to get your work done even faster. Filter Out Undesirables

Unlike other platforms, like Upwork or Freelancer.com, Fiverr offers customized search filters depending on the type of work you need done .

For example, if you’re looking for a writer, the filters will include a section for the tone, type, and topic of the piece you need. If you’re in need of a logo designer, the filters will let you choose the file format, the style you’re looking for, and more.

When looking for a logo designer, I put Fiverr’s filters to the test. Simply by limiting the results to sellers that were currently online, work in 3D, and can provide a JPEG, I was able to bring the number of freelancers down from 3,400+ to a far more manageable 71.

If you like a specific freelancer, you can also check out what other gigs they have on offer.

A poorly-written profile is a big red flag. By keeping an eye out for particularly bad spelling or a lack of details, you can eliminate a lot of duds. It’s also a good idea to communicate with your potential freelancer before you start a contract. A lot of negative client reviews are simply a result of poor communication and a misunderstanding of expectations.

In order to see just how good Fiverr’s customer support is, I put it to the test. Fiverr only gives you two options for contacting support:

I first reached out to Fiverr to ask about switching from a standard account to a Business account. Although you can switch between seller and buyer mode at any time, it turns out you need a completely new account to access Business:

The representative was helpful, but ideally, I wouldn’t have to wait almost a full day to hear back from them.

The same happened the next day when I contacted support about some fee information inconsistencies on the website:

The representative apologized for not getting to me sooner and went on to answer my question in detail. They also linked a Help Center guide containing more information about Fiverr’s fees.

Speaking of which, the Help Center is where you’ll find blogs, step-by-step tutorials, advice, and instructional videos. These resources offer in-depth answers to the questions you are most likely to have. There’s also a forum where you can pose your question to other users, or search to see if it’s already been answered.

Before reaching out to Customer Support, it’s a good idea to check these resources first. They can provide answers to many common questions, and it will likely be faster to find the information you need. If, after consulting these resources, you still can’t find an answer to your question, you can then consider contacting Customer Support as a last resort.

The system automatically adjusts the displayed cost of each gig to align with your location’s currency, eliminating the need for manual calculations. Fiverr additionally offers various payment methods, encompassing major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay (accessible through the mobile app).

All payments are made upfront and held in escrow. Fiverr will not release funds to your seller until after you’ve approved the work. If the work doesn’t meet your standards, you can give your freelancer the chance to resubmit or cancel the order. Fiverr facilitates these transactions by ensuring, as much as it can, that only legitimate sellers and buyers use its platform. It also provides buyer and seller support.

How does Fiverr Work?

First off, whether you’re a seller (freelancer) or a buyer, you have to sign up by creating a Fiverr account and it’s incredibly easy to do so. Here’s how:

At the top right corner of the Fiverr homepage, you’ll find a “Join” button. Clicking on that brings up a pop-up box with options to join with your Facebook, Google or Apple accounts. Directly below those options, is another alternative that requires your email address. 

When you sign up with any of the options, you’ll be asked to confirm your account and voila, you’re in! 

What’s more, signing up with Fiverr is free . 

Setting up your Fiverr seller account

To start selling on Fiverr, you’ll need to create a seller profile. To complete this process, you’ll be required to fill out a few forms with information that’ll ultimately help boost your chances of landing gigs. 

The questions asked are about general stuff (e.g. what certifications you have and where you went to school). You’re not even required to answer all but must complete up to 70% of them before you can proceed any further.

When you’re setting up your Fiverr seller profile, we recommend that you answer all of the questions as it improves your profile, making it easier for buyers to trust you.

After you complete that, you can start publishing your Gigs. A Gig is basically a short sales pitch that describes the service you’re offering. And, yes, you can create more than one gig.

The Gigs you create may fall into a range of categories like content marketing, translation, recording voiceovers, financial consulting, copywriting, digital marketing, logo design etc. And depending on how well and clearly you write your sales pitches, you can attract potential customers to buy your services.

Selling on Fiverr

You can bundle your services into packages — Basic, Standard and Premium — and price each package differently while setting up your gig. Basically, the more the value offered in a package, the higher the price you can set on it.

When it comes to pricing your packages, you have the freedom to choose any price from $5 to $10,000 for any of your packages. Remember to set reasonable prices though. A good rule of thumb is to check out your competition on Fiverr and see what they’re offering at different price points.

You can also add Gig extras to each package and charge more for it. A common example of a Gig extra is expedited delivery where a customer pays an added fee to the standard Gig fee to have the seller deliver the service faster.

Buying Services on Fiverr

As a buyer looking to hire a freelancer on Fiverr, you can use the search bar or browse through the service category you have in mind to find a specific service. Every freelancer’s rating, pitch and starting price is clearly shown on their profile.

You may be able to upgrade your purchase to include Gig extras or a faster delivery schedule in some situations. When you do, you’ll have to pay extra for the service. Before paying for a Gig though, you should read Fiverr reviews of the seller. They were generated by real buyers like you to guide you as you make a buying decision. 

When a buyer is about to pay for an order, Fiverr charges a service fee of 5.5% of the payment being made. This service fee is charged per payment made. 

So let’s say you’re purchasing a logo design at $100, then you added expedited delivery as a Gig extra at $25 and left the seller a tip of $15. Fiverr’s 5.5% service fee will apply to each of the 3 payments. Such that your total payment comes to $147.70 instead of $140.

All of the above only applies to purchases of $50 and more. When your purchase is under $50, you’ll be charged a service fee of $2 only.

Note that these are Fiverr’s official fees at the time this review was written.

Now because each freelancer sets their fee, the exact cost of services on Fiverr differs. You can set a budget when looking for sellers to help you identify someone who will do the work within your budget.

As a seller, you can charge anywhere between $5 to $10,000 for your Gigs. Fiverr charges you a 20% commission on every sale you make – including your $5 Gigs.

Fun Fact: Fiverr got its name from its $5 price tag that was on all the Gigs on its platform when it launched in 2010. 

Thankfully, you can now charge more than $5 for your work. However, you shouldn’t put high price tags on your Gigs. If you’re a new seller, take a cue from your competition’s prices then set yours a bit lower when deciding on a price for your offers.

This will make your offer comparatively attractive and could increase your chances of getting orders as most buyers on Fiverr would rather work with older freelancers who have raked up good reviews and thus are higher up Fiverr’s seller levels . 

Talking about seller levels, there are 4 levels of sellers on Fiverr: New, Level 1, Level 2 and Top-rated seller levels. 

As a new seller , you can offer as many as seven active Gigs at a time. You can also add two more services to each Gig at $5, $10 or $20 apiece. And you even add customised offers for up to $20,000 each.

If you sell actively for 60 days, complete up to 10 orders and meet some other milestones, you’ll be moved up to Level 1. As a Level 1 seller on Fiverr , you’ll be able to have 10 active Gigs on offer per time and 4 additional services per gig.

Consistently deliver up to 50 orders (this includes the 10 from your time as a new seller) and meet other requirements, and you’ll be on your way to the next level. 

At Level 2 , you’ll be able to create up to 20 active Gigs (plus 5 extra per gig). And you’ll also get to enjoy priority attention from customer support. 

The highest seller rank on Fiverr is the Top Rated Seller . To become a top-rated seller, you have to complete 100 orders (yes, it includes all the orders you completed on previous levels). In addition to other requirements, you’ll also need to have been selling actively on Fiverr for 180 days.

Withdrawing Your Money from Fiverr

You can withdraw your earnings from Fiverr 14 days after you’ve delivered an order. This applies to all freelancers on all seller levels except Top Rated sellers. Freelancers at this level can withdraw their earnings 7 days post-delivery of an order.

You can withdraw your earnings via any of the supported channels:

• Transfer of funds via bank account
• Direct deposit into a bank account (only available to sellers in the US)
• Fiverr Revenue Card (aka Payoneer prepaid Mastercard)

Are there Fake Fiverr Reviews?

There has been an influx of fake Fiverr reviews on the website recently. It’s a sad development that has resulted in a number of sour experiences for both buyers and sellers on the platform. This thread , for instance, was created by a Fiverr seller who had had it with fake Fiverr reviews. If you’re looking to start a career as a freelancer, we recommend you do some research and read up on the steps you need to take as a newbie freelancer to avoid a less than pleasant experience.

Even though there are fake Fiverr reviews, most of the reviews you’ll find on a seller’s profile are actually the real deal. This is because of Fiverr’s policy of collecting payment from a buyer – and pocketing its 20% commission – before they can leave a review. So while a couple of reviews might be fake, it’ll cost the seller some serious money to “buy” themselves a lot of fake Fiverr reviews like this.

You may have heard about websites, fora and groups on social media where sellers can get fake Fiverr reviews. Well, they exist. We even found a website where for $20 and more, you can order as much as 8 fake Fiverr reviews.

How to Spot a Fake Fiverr Review

There aren’t exactly any hard and fast rules to telling if a Fiverr review is real or fake. However, a seller’s reviews might be fake if:

• They’re a new seller with lots of great reviews. Thanks to all the factors that determine a seller’s growth on Fiverr, it’s improbable that a newbie seller would have successfully completed that many Gigs. Unless of course they’re super talented (sorta like Kyle XY) or they’re using some software.
• There a lots of them from the same buyer or a few buyers keep leaving vague and generalised reviews. While this could mean that a seller’s Fiverr reviews are fake, it could also mean that the seller’s work is so good that the buyers keep coming back.
• They’re mostly 4 and 5 star reviews (especially for a lower-level seller). This one is a huge red flag because it’s near impossible to perfectly satisy different humans all the time.
• The review was by someone who’s also a seller on the platform. True, sellers buy Gigs from other sellers but it could also be a case of sellers helping each other gain rankings.
• You contact the seller and they’re unable to understand the industry jargon or show their portfolio of completed projects. (Of course, you should contact the seller before making an order. It’s not advisable to do otherwise).

There is a caveat with all of these tips, true. But if you find a seller with Fiverr reviews that tick 2 or more of these boxes, it’s best to avoid buying from them as their reviews could be fake.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that disputes, order cancellations and refund requests happen in a marketplace. And Fiverr – a digital melting pot of global talent and shoppers – is no different. 

Fiverr has a resolution centre where it provides members of its community with different ways to handle conflicts that come up. And it strongly recommends that members use the resolution centre before reaching out to customer support.

Now, when you consider the fact that there are thousands of buyers and sellers transacting daily on the website, the logic behind the resolution-centre-first recommendation becomes understandable. You don’t want a scenario where support is so tied up resolving small issues that they’re unable to speedily resolve priority conflicts.

Disputes that can be handled by the resolution centre include an extension of delivery time, order cancellation request by seller, request for progress update by buyer and order modification request by the buyer.

Fiverr does not offer direct refunds to a buyer’s payment provider. Refunds are made to the buyer’s Fiverr balance credit from where they can be used to make purchases on the platform. However, if you insist on having your refund made to your payment provider, you’ll be asked to fill out a form.

In order to prevent misuse and fraud, there is a limit to the number of times you can request a refund made to your payment provider, and such refunds may incur additional charges.

The purpose of this article is to provide you with a detailed Fiverr review from the perspective of a buyer.

My first order for a Fiverr gig was placed in December, 2020. Since then, I have ordered 300 gigs and have spent $11,480.41 .

As a buyer on Fiverr, when I first started I wondered, “Is Fiverr legit?”

I have had positive and negative experiences. The majority of my experiences have been great.

Many of the bad experiences could have been avoided by reading a review like this. 

We will dissect the platform based on my personal experiences.

Fiverr has been able to set itself apart from competitors by positioning itself as the low-cost freelance marketplace.

On most gigs, the “Basic” package will start at $5.

Fiverr Benefits

From the perspective of a US-based buyer, the biggest benefit of Fiverr is being able to outsource work efficiently.

With Fiverr being a global platform, a business in the United States can save loads of money by outsourcing projects to experts in other countries.

Fiverr also allows freelancers to create add-ons to meet the buyers needs. Some popular add-ons are extra-fast delivery, increased file types, and additional revisions. Add-ons have been a huge benefit for myself when dealing with projects on strict timelines.

Another benefit of choosing Fiverr to hire freelancers is the middle-man element. If there are any issues with an order, Fiverr has made it simple to resolve problems. If disputes are not settled, customer support can come to the rescue and mediate the situation.

Fiverr Expert Tips

The Review System – Fiverr has a review system in place for vetting sellers (and buyers!) Use this to your advantage when selecting your gigs. If the project needs to be done quickly and perfectly, the best route will be finding a user with tons of 5-star reviews and repeat customers with similar projects to yours.

Newer Sellers – Another way to leverage the review system is by finding lower prices when hiring from newer sellers. Remember, a freelancer may have 10+ years experience in their field but be new to the platform. Newer users generally price gigs low in the beginning to gain traction / reviews for their gigs.

Badges – Be on the lookout for “Pro Verified” badges on user profiles. These users have been hand-picked and verified by Fiverr for quality and service.

Filters are Your Friend – Use filters to your advantage when searching for the best freelancer for your project. When I need to find a writer for a US-based blog, I only want to work with a writer based in the United States because they are most likely to understand writing tones and US cultural norms the best. The filters can be used to narrow down searches by language, country, budget, and delivery time.

One of the aspects about Fiverr that I personally enjoy most is the wide variety of service categories to choose from. These are the main categories on Fiverr.

Graphics & Design

The Fiverr categories begin with Graphics & Design , which holds the most subcategories on the menu.

The Logo & Brand Identity section will contain all gigs necessary for helping you turn your concept into a visual reality. This category includes brand style guides, fonts & typography, and business card design. 

The Gaming section will be the area to go for streamers looking to boost their brand identity on Twitch. 

The Art & Illustration section contains a variety of options from NFT art to tattoo design. Looking for help creating an avatar or character? This will be your go-to section.

The Web & App Design section is the area to explore when seeking assistance on the design of your website. You will find gigs that are builder specific to the platform of your choosing ( Wix , SquareSpace, etc.).

The Marketing Design section contains gigs to help with social media design, email design, and similar verticals. Visit this subcategory to find help with building your MailChimp newsletter or Facebook page banner.

The Packaging & Covers section will carry the gigs for your print design needs. Looking to deck out your new Tesla with some flames? This section includes its own Car Wraps category to turn your dream into a reality.

Fiverr Seller Levels

Outside of special badges previously mentioned, there are four standard levels to consider when determining which gig to order.

New Seller – This freelancer is brand-spanking new to Fiverr.

Do not be discouraged. A logo designer may have 30 years of direct experience and just may be new to the platform.

These sellers are my favorite to find. Why? You can expect quality deliverables, low prices, and the opportunity to be helpful towards a seller’s Fiverr growth.

Finding these sellers can be time consuming, but a good place to start is reading profiles and looking for past experience details that can be vetted on your own.

If you are not willing to put in this additional time doing due diligence, it’s best to work with higher-tiered sellers.

Level 1 Seller – These users have been active on the platform a minimum of 60 days. They have earned $400+ on Fiverr.

Orders have been at least 90% delivered on time, with an average review rating of 4.7/5 minimum. Level 1 sellers are great to work with provided you proceed with caution.

Level 2 Seller – These users have completed at least 50 orders. Level 2 sellers have earned $2,000+ on the platform, and have received no warnings in the last 30 days. I have personally had a 100% positive experience rate working with level 2 sellers.

Top Rated Seller – These users have put in the work to be classified as top rated. You can count on these sellers to deliver fantastic work.

Top rated sellers have been active on Fiverr a minimum of 180 days. They have completed over 100 orders, and have earned over $20,000.

Working with a top rated seller may be more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

How to Order a Gig on Fiverr

We will now walk you through the process of what it’s like to order a gig on Fiverr. If you haven’t already, be sure to sign up before taking these additional steps.

Step 1. Choose a Gig

Once you have signed up, it is now time to find your first gig. Use the search bar and the filters to narrow down your search. 

In this example, I add “logo” into the search bar, and set my budget to $5 with the logo option set to “minimalist”. 

Fiverr narrows down my search to 44,839 different gigs.

Step 2. Select a Package

After choosing a gig, you will choose which package is most fitting for your needs. In this example, b4graphics offers a $5 package, a $40 package, and a $110 package.

Generally speaking, the more expensive packages offer more deliverables. Once you know which package to get, select Continue .

Step 3. Select Extra Services (Optional)

Once you select your package, you will be brought to the first page of the checkout process. This page provides order details and offers extras to add for your project. 

Once you are ready to move forward, select Continue to Checkout .

Step 4. Confirm & Pay

On this step, you will choose how you would like to pay for the gig. Gigs can be purchased with debit cards, credit cards, or through PayPal.

If you add a card, Fiverr will allow you to save the card details for faster checkout on future gigs.

Once your payment method has been added, select  Confirm & Pay .

Step 5. Submit Requirements

On this page, you will provide all the necessary details for the seller to provide you with your deliverable. In this example, I have ordered a logo. The seller is requesting details of the brand name, the business, and any possible tag lines or slogans.

Once all of these details are entered, select  Start Order at the bottom of the screen.

Step 6: Monitor Gig Progress

Now that you have submitted the requirements, your job is complete. You will be taken to your “Order” page, which will be your hub for managing this particular order. There are four tabs on this page with various details.

Activity – This area will provide the timeline of events throughout the process. There is also an area to message the seller about the gig in case you need to reach them or vice versa. 

Details – This area will highlight the specific deliverables coming your way.

Requirements – This area will highlight the requirements you had submitted in the previous step.

Delivery – This area will have the delivery once complete. 

Is Fiverr Legit?

Fiverr frequently asked questions, can fiverr be trusted .

100%. Fiver is a publicly traded company with nearly 1,000 employees. Although their customer support gets mixed reviews, Fiverr is an extremely trustworthy platform.

Is working on Fiverr worth it?

So, what's all the hype about? This Fiverr review looks at everything this online platform offers for freelancers and customers alike.

Founded back in 2010, over the last 12 years, Fiverr has firmly cemented itself within the freelance services industry. Built on the premise of offering temporary gigs, and as its name implies, for far cheaper than usual. For customers, this was a massive draw of the platform. 

Typically, freelancers, which Fiverr refers to as ‘sellers,' offer ‘gigs' (packages of work freelancers provide businesses) at a one-off fee rather than an hourly rate.

Customers can find all sorts of freelance services on Fiverr, including:

There are also more than 30 subcategories within the above service headings. 

Pricing is provided upfront. However, it's important to note, Fiverr charges a 5% fee to buyers and a 20% gig fee for sellers.   Once a client has paid for the gig, these percentage fees are applied, and Fiverr then pays the seller. 

Suppose you’re a business looking for a freelancer. In that case, you can filter by setting a minimum and maximum budget, selecting which language you’re looking for, freelancer location, and what your delivery time is. If you’re a freelancer, you set your own rates upfront, and you don’t need to bid for work as it is the customer that looks for you. 

Established freelancers can gradually raise their prices based on the popularity of their service. As a result, they can scale their offerings into a full-time small business. On Fiverr, a gig (or job) is bought every four seconds, and to date, there have been 50m+ transactions on the site since it began. What does this tell us? Fiverr is a competitive albeit popular place for freelancers to market their services to prospective customers.

Keep reading if you’re a freelancer considering using Fiverr to market and sell your services. Below we’ve listed Fiverr’s core features for freelancers:

Create a Professional Seller Profile 

Given over 830,000 sellers are on Fiverr, it’s safe to say that it's a highly competitive market for new sellers. So, to ensure your gig stands out, you'll need to create a comprehensive Fiverr seller profile. 

To get started with this, follow the steps below:

• Sign in with your email, Google, or Facebook login. 
• Enter your details, skills, certificates, and qualifications. 
• Add a picture and/or video.
• Link any freelancing websites, socials, and/or upload a portfolio. 
• Verify account. You'll receive an activation email; simply click the link to verify your account. 

Fiverr provides plenty of room to outline your skillset. For instance, you can take advantage of a video introduction to explain to sellers who you are and what you’re good at. 

You can verify your ID by uploading an official ID image from something like your passport or driver’s license. Then upload a selfie to match your official photo ID.  

Once you’re happy with your seller profile, the next step is to create your first gig – which leads us nicely onto our next section…

To post a gig on Fiverr, follow this simple step-by-step process:

Create a short and clear gig title that tells Fiverr buyers what service you offer.

Select which category and subcategory your gig fall under using the drop-down menu. For example, web design, logo design, etc.

Then, add search tags. These are words you think a client or buyer may use when searching for the service you’re providing. You’re allowed to insert up to five search terms. 

Step 2: Price Your Gig

Price your gig:

Give your pricing package a name and add details of your offering.

Use the drop-down menu to state how many days it will take you to deliver the gig and how many revisions are included in the price.

Then, select a price ranging from $5 upwards. 

Note:  You can create up to three pricing packages within your gig (more on this in a sec).

Step 3: Gig Description and FAQ

In no more than 1,200 characters, describe your gig in as much detail as possible. You can insert a URL if it meets Fiverr’s pre-approved URL list. Finally, you can also add eight FAQs you think buyers may ask.

Step 4: Add Requirements

This is where you let buyers know what you need from them so you can start their job. For example, brand guidelines, a word count, a detailed and legible brief, regular communication, etc.

Delivery

Reddit, Fiverr, and DigitalOcean look undervalued relative to their growth potential.

The tech sector is known for generating millionaire-making gains for patient investors. However, the world's top tech stocks -- like Nvidia , Microsoft , and Apple -- are already worth trillions of dollars and probably have less upside potential than the sector's smaller and lesser-known stocks.

So today, I'll focus on three underappreciated small- and mid-cap stocks that could potentially deliver millionaire-making gains over the next few decades: Reddit ( RDDT 4.23% ) , Fiverr International ( FVRR -5.21% ) , and DigitalOcean ( DOCN -0.23% ) .

Reddit's stock price has risen nearly 70% since its public debut in March. The social media company impressed investors with its robust growth rates and new data-sharing artificial intelligence (AI) deals with OpenAI and Alphabet 's Google. In 2023, Reddit's revenue rose 21% as it narrowed its adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization ( EBITDA ) loss. In 2024, analysts expect its revenue to grow another 36% as its adjusted EBITDA turns positive.

Reddit's growth is accelerating as it gains more users and the macro headwinds for the advertising market dissipate. In the first quarter of 2024, its revenue rose 48% year over year, its daily active unique users grew 37% to 82.7 million, and it generated a positive adjusted EBITDA. Reddit carved out a defensible niche in the crowded social media market with its user-directed discussion forums, and certain major events -- including the COVID-19 pandemic, the WallStreetBets meme stock phenomenon, the Russo-Ukrainian War, the Israel-Hamas War, and various U.S. elections -- drove more users to its platform.

Analysts expect Reddit's revenue and adjusted EBITDA to rise 22% and 91%, respectively, in 2025. Based on those estimates, Reddit's stock still looks reasonably valued at 4 times next year's sales and 22 times its adjusted EBITDA. If it successfully scales up its business and widens its moat over the next few years, it could generate millionaire-making gains.

2. Fiverr International

Fiverr went public at $21 a share five years ago, and its stock hit an all-time high of $323.10 in February 2021 before dropping all the way back to about $22. The gig economy marketplace initially grew rapidly throughout the pandemic, but it lost its momentum as the macro headwinds drove companies to hire fewer freelancers. Some investors were also concerned that new generative AI apps could displace a lot of its freelance positions.

Fiverr's revenue only rose 7% in 2023, compared to its 13% growth in 2022 and 57% growth in 2023. But on the bright side, its adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to $59 million as its take rates increased throughout the entire year. Those improvements suggest it's merely experiencing a cyclical slowdown in a challenging macroeconomic environment instead of facing existential threats from new AI algorithms. It insists the growth of the AI market will actually generate long-term tailwinds for its business as more companies roll out freelance positions for AI-related fields.

In 2024, analysts expect Fiverr's revenue and adjusted EBITDA to rise 6% and 20%, respectively. But in 2025, they expect its revenue and adjusted EBITDA to grow 11% and 24%, respectively, as the macro environment stabilizes. Those are solid growth rates for a stock that trades at just 2 times this year's sales. If the gig economy warms up, Fiverr's growth could reaccelerate as its stock is revalued as a growth play again. It could eventually generate multibagger gains as that happens.

3. DigitalOcean

DigitalOcean is a cloud infrastructure company that carves out smaller "droplets" of servers for smaller customers at lower prices. It also added GPU-powered AI processing capabilities to its servers by acquiring the start-up Paperspace last year. Those services make it an attractive alternative to bigger cloud platforms, which mainly serve large enterprise customers.

DigitalOcean went public in March 2021 at $47 per share, and its stock nearly tripled to an all-time high of $130.26 in November 2021 before pulling back to $34. Like many other cloud companies, its growth decelerated as the macro headwinds drove many companies to rein in their spending. Its revenue only rose 20% in 2023, compared to its 34% growth in 2022 and 35% growth in 2021. Analysts expect its revenue and adjusted EBITDA to only grow 11% and 5%, respectively, in 2024.

That deceleration was disappointing, but it's still gaining new customers and its adjusted EBITDA margin is expanding. Therefore, its growth could quickly stabilize again as the macro environment improves. For 2025, analysts expect its revenue and adjusted EBITDA to rise 13% and 14%, respectively, as the near-term headwinds dissipate.

Those are solid growth rates for a stock that trades at 4 times this year's sales at 14 times its adjusted EBITDA. If its growth accelerates again and its valuations rise, it might generate millionaire-making gains over the next few decades.

The second I see that in someone’s reviews, I click off their gig immediately. If its hurting your gig’s revenues, its also hurting Fiverr’s revenues. I am only saying what you are all thinking already. -masterscribe

Actually, all “real reviews” would say exactly that if the buyer didn’t write anything else. “Outstanding experience” is auto-generated and posted by Fiverr when a buyer rates a gig with 5 stars but doesn’t write their own text. So, if someone was buying fake reviews, they would probably want them to be more glowing than that. A fake review would probably say something better. Anyone who has been on Fiverr long enough to see how real reviews are automatically created would not be thinking what you stated, so that part is also incorrect.

I have many real reviews that say "Outstanding Experience" I have some clients that really put cleaver thoughts into their review posts. It’s almost a game. Other’s quickly write reviews and simply say something quick! I’ll take the great reviews any way they come!

I have a 2 sales. and 1 Real Review is OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE… I think when someone rate your gig 5 Star, Fiverr automatically write that. So this is not fake

Hilarious thread! In all honesty, it IS annoying to constantly receive ratings with auto-generated reviews. And when I was new here, I also misinterpreted these types of ‘feedback’ as fake too… Maybe Fiverr should just post the ratings, without the generic reviews.

This is the second thread I’ve seen on the subject. Maybe Fiverr should make it clear that if you don’t leave a comment in your review you get “Outstanding experience!” or Good, satisfactory, etc.

Who knew, @masterscribe ’s starter post may be helpful to lots of buyers who were worried those were fakes! I’m rather glad it is on the table with people saying they didn’t realize it. I didn’t either the first time I saw it. It’s kind of out-dated so maybe we’ll get lucky and Fiverr will change it up to something more clear.

Everyone, thank you for your comments. Thank you for clearing up that misunderstanding for me. I was just under the impression that a lot of sellers were reviewing themselves, and I misjudged several gigs based on my false assumption. That makes me wish that more buyers would leave detailed reviews on sellers so other buyers would have better information before purchasing a gig. I try to make it a point for myself to leave at least a one-liner of text.

On a side note, I got burned out on my old gig, and I want to find something I am willing to do again. I liked my customers too, but SEO articles can take their toll after a while on the writer.

In my own opinion “Outstanding Experience” is real and shouldn’t be regarded as fake based on shallow thought. In fact, those who do fake reviews are likely to write something catchy just to impress prospects. For your information “Outstanding Experience” is an automatic review, which prevents buyers from placing plank review on completed order.

Most of the buyer does not have time to write a nice review if they have order some multiple gigs. That time they just hit the stars and submit the reviews, and in some case few buyer doesn’t know what to write. that time the auto generated messages come in.

As my experience as a buyer, when I buy repeated gigs from the same seller, I gave them a nice review on the first order and then just ***** stars for the rest of gigs, as I don’t want to write same reviews again and again.

I read this written by some other new people already that these same feedback are fake or some thing like this. Fiverr should take it serious and should change this system to force the buyer to must write something by himself. Or if he dont want to write any thing then it should be just count as a positive review and nothing should be written.

Reply to @theguestpost : Since it’s auto generated as you mentioned, I can see how new buyers might think it’s fake. Seeing so many of them could be viewed as using a bot or something like that, although I think the rare fake review isn’t actually done that way.

If you don’t have time but you want to help the sellers out just a bit when rating multiple gigs, just writing something slightly different and easy on the first one. Perhaps “Great job!” or “Fantastic work!” Then you can copy it super fast with CTRL-C and as you rate the new few jobs, hit CTRL-V just as fast. It would only take a minute total on several jobs but at least it would be unique for that session. Thanks for leaving the stars either way - excellent ratings are priceless to sellers with or without a comment.
