Every thesis needs a crystal-clear research gap. Spell it out instead of letting your reader figure out why your thesis is relevant.

Description of the BS thesis
BS students will write a thesis based on original research. The topic must be a current issue in Biology, including basic science, medicine, and other applied fields, be described in a compelling thesis proposal, and be supported by a willing and appropriate Mentor. In most cases the thesis will present and analyze primary data collected by the student during their time in a mentor's lab. Students may also conduct critical and novel analysis of existing primary data (e.g., a critique of a healthcare policy such as methadone maintenance, a meta-analysis of recent clinical trials of antidepressants, or an argument against punctuated equilibria based on a fossil collection or genomic data). In either case, the work must be hypothesis driven and present evidence that tests the hypothesis. Topics related to global and public health will be accepted only for majors in the global and public health track. The thesis should follow the format of a published paper in a target journal appropriate for your topic but should include more extensive literature review and context in the introduction and conclusion. Submit your thesis to your thesis adviser, who must approve it before you send it to readers for review. You do not need to submit this version of the thesis to the BSCD. This checkpoint allows your adviser to confirm that your thesis is in acceptable shape to send to readers.

Submit your thesis, approved by your thesis adviser, to your two faculty readers, along with the faculty review form (make a copy of the review form to share with readers here ). So let me tell you my story: I studied Industrial and Systems Engineering in the 24th best university in my country, which is around number 1683 in the world. I am from Mexico and thankfully our government is eager to pay our full tuition if we are accepted to one of the best 200 Universities in the World to study a Master's Degree, mainly in engineering.
My main challenge at this moment is to be accepted in a masters' program at an International University. My grades are good, I have a "promedio" of 92, which is pretty high, although not the highest of my class, and I had outstanding results in the professional test. Because of these results, I was exempted of having to do a bachelor's thesis.
Should I sacrifice my opportunity of earning working experience to dedicate myself to make a good Thesis? I am eager to do so if I really need to.

I've never been on an (academic) admissions committee, but I can hardly imagine that, instead of reading the title of still another bachelor thesis, I find "exempted by university from writing bachelor thesis because of my course performance near the top of class," and consider that a negative. So I don't think you should sweat that. In most fields, undergraduates are not expected to have done research prior to taking up graduate studies; exceptions, as I have learned here, include math where this appears to be more commonplace. For some of your target fields (eg, supply chain management), I know it isn't, or at least wasn't, as some of my research was arguably on the most theoretical end of it, but I had no relevant experience with it prior to writing my paper; but that could have changed. I don't know about the others.
In terms of being accepted at a good school, the ranking of your alma mater is probably what I would worry about most. You'll need strong letters, ideally from people known internationally (check their publications; ask them). You should definitely approach someone from your U.S. experience for a letter.
Finally, your first, second, and last question (as well as part one of your question 4) are highly personal decisions that you are unlikely to get feedback on here. They are off-topic, and even if they weren't, I wouldn't ask such questions on an anonymous internet forum. Ask friends, family, any mentor, and yourself.
Different countries have difference expectations at the Bachelor's level, which means they have different requirements for entry into Masters. For example, it is unusual to do research as part of an engineering degree in Australia. I therefore suspect you could apply to an Australian university to do a Masters in Engineering without complication, and there are several in the top 200. In addition, you would be coming with funding, which (I am sad to say, but good for you) makes you a more attractive applicant.
I suggest you approach it from the other direction. Get the list from your government of which universities it considers acceptable, then look at a couple from each country in the list to see which ones seem to not require research. Once you have identified suitable countries, look at all the universities on the list from that country and find a program you like.

Do you want to write your bachelor's or master's thesis fast and well? Then follow these simple 10 rules.
Writing is a question of technique. The appropriate writing technique is at least three times faster than a poor or no writing technique. Is there a right writing technique for everyone? We're different types of writers... A scholarly text is a special kind of text, sober, factual and above all else: it is source-based. When using the fastest writing technique for scientific texts, a prospective academic can produce five pages of valuable content a day. This is the 5 pages per day writing technique of Aristolo.
Copying without citing the source is 1. Plagiarism and thus endangers the whole project and 2. Entering the many missing references at the end of the writing is more time-consuming. It is always best to do so immediately.
Very simple principle:
Do it always like that, and you won't have any plagiarism issue.
Copying a lot without rewriting is a sign of weakness or, even worse, of insufficient diligence (less nobly expressed: laziness). You must take arguments and thoughts from other sources but not the whole text. Paraphrasing is the exact term for rewriting. There are also techniques for this.
Science should be objective. There is no room for personal opinions without arguments. Therefore, such expressions as "in my opinion", "I have inferred from it" or "in the opinion of the author" are out of place. Always phrase things like that impersonally, without me, I, we, my...
One thought - one sentence! That's a fine ideal. Try to follow it, if you still have time at the end of the writing... (Simple rule: maximum 2 commas in one sentence. At least try it.) One more reason to get the project done in time. Apply the 5 pages per day writing technique, and you will be finished in time. Afterwards your text will be polished.
What we write is dear to us, of course. Nevertheless, it may be the case that written text needs to be revised or even deleted. Please be prepared to do so. This may be sad, but it is sometimes unavoidable. You won't have this problem if you follow our sample outline and stick to our five pages-per-day micro question writing technique. Then you have a storyline right away and your supervisors will love your text.
We know very well that it’s best to break large goals down into smaller goals. You should stick to the same mindset when you write. Arrange chapters and subchapters as writing tasks. By tomorrow evening you will have finished chapter 2.3, with 4 to 5 pages. You are welcome to combine these intermediate goals with a reward that will motivate you. Social pressure is also motivating. Trumpet your interim destinations to the world... This will challenge and encourage you.
We always need a deadline. It helps us to focus. However, the text will get a grade, which all the world can see on your degree certificate (especially future employers…). Therefore, you have to finish writing at least one week before the submission to have enough time to check and clean it. Please do not allow yourself formal errors. They make a bad impression.
Tip: Define a follow-up project such as world trip, marriage, job etc.
Celebrating is also an art. Celebrating interim successes, despite so many ongoing tasks, is a challenge. A guilty conscience can ruin your party mood. However, we still know from biology lessons that humans are not machines and need breaks. There are different ways to celebrate. You can exaggerate or not. Save the exaggeration for after you finished the whole project.
The Worst case scenario: You give the text to a friend to read on the due date, and he has no time. The second worst scenario is to have a very linguistically talented friend who finds more than 1000 errors in the text, but can only correct 800 of them. The entire text requires a rewrite, hours before printing!! What a disaster. So, you have all the reasons to be ready at least seven days before the deadline...
If you follow these rules, you will be successful. Success in this case means: You finish your text before the deadline, your text is submitted in time, you are proud of your text, you have brought new knowledge to the world, and you know yourself better and your skills. Perfect!
