IGNOU Exam Form TEE 2024: Who can Apply? 

Students are requested to fill up the examination form for June 2024 Term End Examination for the following courses:

  • All the courses registered for the first year/ re-registered for the second/third year in the July-2023 session for Under Graduate and Postgraduate Programmes.
  • All the courses registered in the July-2023 session for Diploma and PG Diploma Programmes.
  • All the courses registered in the Jan-2024 session for Certificate and PG Certificate Programmes.
  • Courses for which term-end examinations have not been successfully completed or have not appeared, so far.

Note: Students who have appeared in June 2024 TEE for the previous semester/ year courses but whose result is not declared as of the date of filling up the examination form may apply/add such course(s), later on, after the declaration of results, if they do not complete successfully the TEE of any course(s).

  • Assignment should be summited for the paper(s) you want to apply for TEE.
  • Choose the Exam center as per your convenience from the list of available exam centers. Note: As per university norms exam center cannot be changed once allotted.
  • The course code you are applying for the exam is registered under your Admission detail at the IGNOU website &

IGNOU Exam Form 2024: How to Apply?

The IGNOU Exam Form for June TEE must be filled out carefully and with accuracy as no request for any kind of correction will be accepted at the later stage.

  • Select the Regional Centre and Exam Centre code of your choice carefully.
  • Exam Centre will be allotted on a first come first serve basis. In case the sitting capacity at the chosen exam centre is full, you may opt for the nearest exam centre.
  • Make sure that the exam form for all the course(s) for which exams are to be written are filled in one attempt, as the next attempt to add the course(s) can result in change of exam centre or non-availability of sitting capacity at the same exam centre.
  • Once all the parts of the examination form are filled, the summary of the same will be reflected on the screen before proceeding with payment. 
  • Students may select a payment gateway (HDFC/ ICICI) to make payment using a Debit Card/ Credit Card or Internet Banking. 
  • The examination fee once paid shall neither be adjusted nor refunded in any case.
  • Take the printout of the acknowledgement for future reference.

IGNOU Exam Form 2024: How to Check Exam Form Status?

Candidates who have registered themselves can check the IGNOU 2024 examination form status three days after submitting the form. Follow the instructions below to check the status of IGNOU examination form 2024.

Step 1. Visit the official IGNOU website at ignou.ac.in.

Step 2. Click on the “Online submission of examination form for June 2024 TEE” link.

Step 3. Next, click on the “check status, if already registered” tab.

Step 4. A login window will appear on the screen. Enter your enrollment number and date of birth before clicking on the ‘Submit’ tab.

IGNOU Exam Form 2024: How to get a refund?

  • In case of excess and unsuccessful payment, a student should approach a bank to take the chargeback after the issuance of the Hall Ticket.
  • In any case, only after the publication of the hall ticket on the IGNOU website, the students have to present the chargeback case to the bank.
  • The excess/unsuccessful fee amount will be adjusted/refunded as the case may be, to the account from which the payment was made after due verification of records of the concerned bank.
  • If a student gets a refund of all examination fees through the chargeback process and still appears in the IGNOU June TEE, his exam result will be not released to students until they pay the required examination fees. 

How to change IGNOU Exam Center?

The students who wish to change their exam centres should fill up an online form and submit it accordingly. There are certain rules that IGNOU has mentioned for the students who wish to opt for another exam centre in place of the existing one.

  • Students can check the list of active examination centres by selecting their regional centre from the dropdown list 
  • Change of Exam center within the same city is not permitted
  • Change of exam center request can be made Only Once.

You need to sign in to your IGNOU account by mentioning your User ID and Password. After signing in you will find links to the change of exam centre. After clicking you are required to pay a nominal fee mentioned there online. After submission, Take a printout of the receipt for future reference.

IGNOU Exam Form 2024: Guidelines for International Students

IGNOU exam form for June TEE can be submitted in both online and offline modes. Students are required to fill IGNOU exam form which is available online through the official website of IGNOU if they opt for the online mode. After filling out the form, students are required to pay the exam fees online.

On the other hand, offline mode is only available to restricted students such as international students and students under special circumstances. In order to submit the IGNOU exam form offline, international students need to consult their respective regional centre. If they are allowed to opt for an offline mode, they should download the exam form online and take the printout of the form. International students can also collect the exam form from the regional centre. Such Students may pay their exam fees through cash, DD, or challan at their regional centre.

Ans. In case you have submitted the IGNOU Exam Form but missed an exam, you can appear for the exam in any subsequent semester. But for that, you need to fill out the IGNOU exam form again applicable to a particular session.

  • You have to fill a new form for each subject.
  • Make sure that you are uploading the assignment files correctly.
  • You need to scan the handwritten copies of the assignments and upload them.
  • The scanned copy of assignments should not be more than 100MB.
  • You should only submit the PDF format of the scanned copy.
  • Though you will be entering the basic details in the Google Form, it is also a great idea to mention the same details on your assignment copy also.
  • The option of submitting the assignments through Google Forms will be available only when the quota of email submission is over.

IGNOU Assignment Submission Through Email

Though IGNOU has started the option of submitting the assignments through Google Forms, it will be not available in all the regional centers. The option of Google Forms will be only applicable if the email quota of a regional center is over and they are not more able to receive assignment emails from the students.

Here is the method that you need to follow to submit your assignments through email.

Step – 1 – Mention all the important details on the front page of your assignment that you would do in the case of offline submissions such as name, subject name and code, program and course code, study center name and code, contact details, and others.

Step – 2 – Scan your handwritten assignment copy and get it in PDF format. Each subject assignment should be in each PDF copy.

Step – 3 – Find out the email address of your regional center from Google in the same way how you search for the regional center portal link.

Step – 4 – In the body of the email, provide all the details in a listicle format that you have mentioned on the front page of your assignments.

Step – 5 – Now attach the PDF formats of your assignments and send the email to the respective regional center email address.

After you have sent the email, you should receive an acknowledgment. It may take a few hours to get this acknowledgment email. But if you have still not received it, you should check whether the regional portal has shared the link for Google Forms or not and should upload the assignments there too.

It is also noted that the many of the regional centre of IGNOU is not sending any confirmation or acknowledgment after the submission of IGNOU Assignments so you don’t need to worry about it instead of keep checking the status of your assignments to get the result.
