The Multistate Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) consists of 60 multiple-choice questions (10 practice and 50 test questions) that must be answered over two hours. This section of The Bar Examination tests your knowledge of the standards of professional conduct.

What Are The Result Requirements To Pass The Florida Bar Exam?

In order to pass The Florida Bar, you must pass with either the Overall Method or the Individual Method for the General Bar Exam (Parts A and B) with a score of 136 or higher.

The Overall Method is for applicants who pass with an average scaled score of at least 136, meaning you may come up short on one section as long as you make up for it in the other section.
The Individual Method is for applicants who only passed Part A or Part B and prefer to retake just the section that they failed.

In the case of the MPRE, your scaled score must be at least 80 and be achieved within 25 months of the MBE.

The General Bar Exam must be taken only after all prerequisites for graduation have been completed. The MPRE must be taken within 25 months of the GBE which gives you plenty of time to allow yourself the time to study separately for each test.
