विद्यार्थी जीवनमा अनुशासनले सबै सही चीजहरूलाई आकर्षित गर्दछ, र यस कारणले गर्दा विद्यार्थीहरूले आफ्नो जीवनको प्रत्येक क्षेत्रमा सफलता प्राप्त गर्छन्। विद्यार्थीको जीवनमा, अनुशासनलाई सधैं उनीहरूको लक्ष्यहरूमा ध्यान केन्द्रित गर्न गाइडको रूपमा राखिएको हुन्छ। एक अनुशासित विद्यार्थीले आफ्नो लक्ष्यमा ध्यान केन्द्रित गर्छ र तिनीहरूको दिमागले अन्य बेकारका कुराहरूबारे सोच्दैन।

राम्रो अनुशासित बच्चाको जीवनमा सकारात्मक मनोवृत्ति हुन्छ। एक राम्रो अनुशासित विद्यार्थी ध्यान केन्द्रित छ। अनुशासनले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई उनीहरूको अध्ययनका साथै उनीहरूको जीवनका अन्य क्षेत्रहरूमा केन्द्रित र उत्प्रेरित हुन सिकाउँछ। बलियो लक्ष्यहरू भएका व्यक्तिहरू बढी केन्द्रित हुन्छन् र दैनिक जीवनमा सधैं आफ्नो काम समयमै राख्छन्। यसले विद्यार्थीलाई शान्त र संयमित रहन मद्दत गर्छ। यसले उसलाई फोकस कायम राख्न र समस्याहरूसँग अगाडि बढ्न मद्दत गर्दछ।

यसैबीच, अनुशासित नभएको विद्यार्थीलाई आफ्नो पढाइमा ध्यान दिन गाह्रो हुन्छ। एक राम्रो अनुशासित विद्यार्थी पनि सक्रिय छ। उनीहरुलाई थाहा छ उनीहरुको लागि के राम्रो छ। एक सक्रिय विद्यार्थीले नियमित व्यायाम, राम्रो खाना खाने र राम्रोसँग आराम गर्ने जस्ता अनुशासित बानीहरू पछ्याउँछन्। अनुशासनले विद्यार्थीलाई उसको/उनको सबै विषयहरूको लागि समय समावेश गर्ने सबै कुराको लागि उचित समयतालिका कायम गर्न मद्दत गर्छ।

अनुशासित विद्यार्थीमा राम्रो आत्म-नियन्त्रण हुन्छ। राम्रो अनुशासित व्यक्ति परीक्षा वा दिनहुँको कामको समयमा तनावबाट मुक्त भएर सधैं खुसी रहन्छ। उचित अनुशासनले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई सबै कुराप्रति सकारात्मक मनोवृत्ति निर्माण गर्न मद्दत गर्छ। यसले तिनीहरूलाई बिस्तारै र स्थिर रूपमा आफ्नो प्रदर्शन सुधार गर्न मद्दत गर्दछ।

राम्रो अनुशासित विद्यार्थीको उदाहरण समय भन्दा पहिले राम्रोसँग अध्ययन गर्नु हो, परीक्षा अघि मात्र होइन। यस्तो अनुशासनका साथ, काम राम्ररी योजनाबद्ध र समयमा कार्यान्वयन हुन्छ। अनुशासनले तनावमुक्त रहन र डिप्रेसनबाट बाहिर निस्कन मद्दत गर्छ। परीक्षा भन्दा पहिले नै राम्रोसँग अध्ययन गर्दा विद्यार्थीको शैक्षिक उपलब्धिहरूमा पनि स्वतः सकारात्मक प्रभाव पर्छ।

There are many features of human beings that differentiate us from other creatures. We have distinct physical and psychological traits. One of the most important traits of a human being is Discipline. It is a characteristic that carries great importance in our life. It is an essential behavior. But even more so, Discipline carries a bigger role in a student’s life. Students are the people who learn various things to achieve goals acquire knowledge and develop professions. Generally, students are considered to be in the younger age group. It is the time of life where one slowly starts to build their future. It is a future building stage where proper guidance would result in a good future and one of the major factors that helps shape a student’s future is discipline.

Discipline is the way of self-righteousness It is the way of honesty, hard work, motivation, and encouragement throughout life. When students learn discipline early in school, it helps shape their life better and have an advantage as they get older. Discipline plays a vital role in shaping the mentality of children too. Discipline teaches students to be attracted to and attract all good and positive things in life. This way a student’s mind does not wander around and is fixated on achieving a set goal. Anyone that is not disciplined cannot keep their mind focused on their work. A disciplined student is well organized and follows a good timetable as they have a larger goal in life.

A disciplined student has a positive attitude and a mindset. This helps students remain calm, composed even in the face of stress and helps him/her to maintain focus and to keep moving on with the problems. A well-disciplined student rarely needs to face stress from school work. They have a set routine and do their work dutifully. A disciplined student has self-control. They have proper control over their social and educational life. They study in time to avoid last-minute exam pressure, submit their reports on time, and moreover do not have to fear about their work. Their mentality remains happy and stress-free.

A disciplined student tends to learn more in class. They remain focus and listen to the lectures well. This automatically leads to better academic progress. This makes studying and concentrating difficult leading to more stress in the future. This is not a problem for a disciplined student. Discipline helps shape a student’s life and modify their bad habits into good.

Other importances of discipline in student’s life not only lie in education. Socially too, people respect well-disciplined students. A well-disciplined student is always respectable and easy to talk to. Discipline removes negative traits such as arrogance too. They are liked by peers and other people alike. A Disciplined student realizes their responsibility in society. Their mind has no time for useless information and abides by the laws. Even if a single student is well mannered and discipline, it sets a good example to others. Most disciplined people turn out to be great leaders and have such confidence. Helping the needy, social services are some good works of a disciplined student.

Being well-disciplined is the path to success in life. However academically forward one maybe, if their behavior is not correct then people will not like them. Winning people’s hearts is an important factor in moving forward. A disciplined person always sets a positive example for others. This is why discipline is very important to be taught and realized early in life.

(क) वक्तृतामा कार्यक्रमको अध्यक्षता र सञ्चालन गर्ने व्यक्ति को को हुन् ?

उत्तर : वक्तृतामा कार्यक्रमको अध्यक्षता विद्यालयका प्रधानाध्यापक र सञ्चालन गर्ने व्यक्ति नौ कक्षाका एक विद्यार्थी हुन् ।

(ख) छिरिङले सम्बोधन पछिको पहिलो वाक्यमा कुन कुरा व्यक्त गरेका छन् ?

उत्तर : छिरिङले सम्बोधन पछिको पहिलो वाक्यमा प्रतियोगितामा सहभागी भई आफ्ना भनाइ राख्न पाउँदा गौरवान्वित भएको कुरा व्यक्त गरेका छन् ।

(ग) वक्तृतामा कतिओटा प्रश्नात्मक वाक्य रहेका छन् ?

उत्तर: वक्तृतामा चारओटा प्रश्नात्मक वाक्य रहेका छन् ।

(घ) अमृताले कुन सन्दर्भबाट आफ्नो भनाइ टुङ्ग्याएकी छन् ?

उत्तर : अमृताले भविष्यमा होनहार, सफल र आत्मविश्वासयुक्त नागरिक निर्माण गर्न विद्यालयले अहम् भूमिका निर्वाह गर्ने अपेक्षासहितको सन्दर्भबाट आफ्नो भनाइ टुङ्ग्याएकी छन् ।

५. दिइएको वक्तृतांश पढी सोधिएका प्रश्नको उत्तर दिनुहोस् :

प्रश्नहरू :

(क) वक्तृतांशमा किन आफैँमा विश्वास राख्न भनिएको हो ?

उत्तर : सम्पूर्ण शक्ति व्यक्तिमा नै हुने भएकाले यसलाई उजागर गर्न वक्तृतांशमा आफैँमा विश्वास राख्न भनिएको हो ।

(ख) वक्तृतांशमा विफलतालाई किन शिक्षाका रूपमा लिन भनिएको होला ?

उत्तर : विफलताबाट मानिसले सफलताबाट भन्दा धेरै कुरा सिक्न सक्ने भएकाले वक्तृतांशमा विफलतालाई शिक्षाका रूपमा लिन भनिएको हो ।

(ग) विद्यार्थीको व्यक्तित्व विकासमा विद्यालयको भूमिका कस्तो हुनुपर्छ ?

उत्तर : विद्यार्थीमा भएको असीमित शक्तिलाई सिर्जना र निर्माणमा प्रयोग गर्ने वातावरण सिर्जना गर्दै विद्यार्थीको | व्यक्तित्व विकासमा विद्यालयको भूमिका सकारात्मक र समर्पित हुनुपर्छ ।

(घ) गल्ती कसरी शिक्षक हुन सक्छ, तर्क दिनुहोस् ।

उत्तर : गल्तीबाट हामीले धेरै कुरा सिक्न सक्छौं । सफलताबाट जति सिकिन्छ त्योभन्दा धेरै असफलता र गल्तीबाट | सिकिने भएकाले गल्ती शिक्षक हुन सक्छ ।

६. दिइएको वक्तृतांश पढी सोधिएका प्रश्नको उत्तर लेख्नुहोस् :

(क) वक्तृतांशका अनुसार अहिले कस्तो शिक्षा प्रचलनमा रहेको देखिन्छ ?

उत्तर : वक्तृतांशका अनुसार अहिले सूचना र ज्ञान दिने खालको शिक्षा प्रचलनमा रहेको देखिन्छ । यसले विद्यार्थीको बौद्धिक विकासमा सहयोग गर्दछ । यसका लागि विद्यालयमा पढाउने, सिकाउने, कक्षाकार्य र गृहकार्य दिने गरिन्छ । विद्यार्थीहरू यिनै क्रियाकलाप गर्दै सफल भएर सफलताको प्रमाणपत्र लिएर निस्कन्छन् ।

(ख) समाजमा समायोजन हुने खालको व्यक्तित्व विकास गर्न के गर्नुपर्छ ?

उत्तर : समाजमा समायोजन हुने खालको व्यक्तित्व विकास गर्न व्यक्तिभित्र रहेको असीमित ऊर्जालाई उजागर गर्ने काम गर्नुपर्छ । त्यस्तै व्यक्तिभित्र रहेको सकारात्मक सोच प्रवर्तन गर्ने र आत्मविश्वास जागृत गर्ने वातावरणको सिर्जना गर्नुपर्छ । व्यक्तिको समग्र व्यक्तित्वको विकास गरिनुपर्छ ।

७. दिइएका प्रश्नको उत्तर लेख्नुहोस् :

(क) विद्यालयले कसरी विद्यार्थीको व्यक्तित्व विकास गर्न सक्छ, आफ्ना विचार प्रस्तुत गर्नुहोस् ।

उत्तर : व्यक्तित्व भनेको व्यक्तिभित्र रहेका गुणको त्यो समूह हो जसले कुनै व्यक्तिलाई अर्को वा दोस्रो व्यक्तिभन्दा पृथक् राख्दछ । हरेक व्यक्तिमा शिष्टाचार, नैतिकता, आचरण, आत्मविश्वास, साहस, सोचाइ, व्यवहार, बोलीचाली र आनीबानीमा समेत झल्किने जुन भाव छ त्यो नै व्यक्तित्व हो । व्यक्तित्वको वास्तविक रूप उसको चिन्तन, सोच, आचरण तथा मनको प्रकृति र क्षमता हो । त्यसैले विद्यालयमा विद्यार्थीको चिन्तन, सोच, आचरण तथा मनको प्रकृतिलाई अनुकूल गराउने गरी वातावरण निर्माण गर्नु र तदनुकूल शिक्षण क्रियाकलाप गर्नुले विद्यार्थीको व्यक्तित्व विकासमा सहयोग पुग्दछ ।

विद्यार्थीलाई भावी जीवनको भारी देखाएरभन्दा उनीहरूको आफ्नै रुचि जे छ त्यसैमा उत्प्रेरित गरेर व्यक्तित्व विकास गर्न सकिन्छ । समाजमा समायोजन हुने खालको व्यक्तित्व विकास गर्न जोड दिनुपर्छ । यसका लागि व्यक्तिभित्र रहेको असीमित ऊर्जालाई उजागर गर्ने काम गर्नुपर्छ । त्यस्तै व्यक्तिभित्र रहेको सकारात्मक सोच प्रवर्तन गर्ने र आत्मविश्वास जागृत गर्ने वातावरणको सिर्जना गर्नुपर्छ । व्यक्तिको समग्र व्यक्तित्वको विकास गरिनुपर्छ । विद्यालयलाई किताबका पानामा रहेका कुरालाई व्यावहारिक जीवनसँग जोडेर सिकाउने व्यवस्था मिलाउनुपर्छ र विद्यार्थीको व्यक्तित्व विकासको उपयुक्त वातावरण निर्माणमा जोड दिनुपर्छ । क्रियाकलाप र सहक्रियाकलापलाई सिकाइको अभिन्न अङ्ग बनाउनुपर्छ । यसप्रकार विद्यालयमा विद्यार्थीभित्र आत्मविश्वास र आत्मअनुशासनको वातावरण सिर्जना गर्नुपर्छ । विद्यार्थीमा असीमित तागत छ । त्यस तागतलाई सिर्जना र निर्माणमा प्रयोग गर्ने वातावरण सिर्जना गर्दै व्यक्तित्व विकासमा विद्यालयले प्रभावकारी भूमिका निर्वाह गर्नुपर्छ ।

(ख) आफ्नो व्यक्तित्व विकासका लागि विद्यार्थीले के कस्ता कार्य गर्नुपर्छ, लेख्नुहोस् ।

उत्तर : आफ्नो व्यक्तित्व विकासका लागि विद्यार्थीको भूमिका सबैभन्दा प्रभावकारी र महत्त्वपूर्ण रहेको हुन्छ । यदि व्यक्ति नै आफ्नो व्यक्तित्व विकासका लागि सचेत र चनाखो भएन भने अरूले जति कोसिस गरे पनि त्यो निरर्थक हुन्छ । आफूमा सर्वाङ्गीण पक्षको विकास गराई एक असल र योग्य नागरिक बन्नका लागि विद्यार्थी स्वयम्‌को कार्य सकारात्मक र विवेकी हुनु जरुरी छ ।

आफ्नो व्यक्तित्व विकासका लागि विद्यार्थी अनुशासित, इमानदार, अध्ययनशील, जिज्ञासु, चिन्तनमनन गर्ने, खोजमा संलग्न रहने, सबैको सम्मान गर्ने हुनु जरुरी छ । विद्यालयका हरेक गतिविधिमा सक्रिय रहने र घरायसी कार्यमा पनि उत्तिकै चासो राख्ने विद्यार्थीको कार्यले नै उसको व्यक्तित्व विकासमा सहयोग गर्दछ । त्यस्तै विद्यार्थीले आफूलाई आफैँले विश्वास गर्नुपर्छ । आफूभित्र असीमित तागत रहेकोले उक्त तागतलाई सिर्जना र निर्माणमा प्रयोग गर्ने वातावरण सिर्जना विद्यार्थी स्वयम्‌को पनि हो । दरो इच्छाशक्ति र असफलता तथा कमजोरीबाट सिक्ने कार्यले हामीलाई सफलतातिर लैजान्छ । त्यस्तै अर्काको संस्कृतिको अन्धानुकरण होइन आफ्नो संस्कृतिको वैज्ञानिकीकरणले नै आफ्नो पहिचान दिलाउँछ भन्ने बोध गरी आफ्नो संस्कृतिको संरक्षण र संवर्धनको कार्य गर्नु जरुरी भइसकेको छ ।

यसप्रकार आफ्नो व्यक्तित्व विकासका लागि विद्यार्थीको भूमिका निकै महत्त्वपूर्ण रहन्छ । स्वप्रयासका माध्यमबाट पनि हामीले बहुमुखी व्यक्तित्व फुलाउन र समाजमा सुवास छर्न सक्छौं । सकारात्मक ऊर्जाका माध्यमबाट आफ्नो प्रतिभा प्रस्फुटित गराई राष्ट्र निर्माणमा योगदान दिन सक्छौं ।

८. माथिको वक्तृतामा अमृता नेम्वाङले भनेका कुरालाई दशओटा बुँदामा टिपोट गर्नुहोस् ।

- बौद्धिक व्यक्तित्वको विकासका साथै समाजमा समायोजन हुने खालको व्यक्तित्व विकास र असीमित ऊर्जालाई उजागर गर्ने, सकारात्मक सोच, आत्मविश्वास जागृत गर्ने वातावरण सिर्जना गरी विद्यार्थीको समग्र व्यक्तित्व विकासमा विद्यालयको दायित्व सम्बन्धमा बहस हुनु जरुरी

- विद्यार्थीमा रहेको अनन्त ऊर्जा जगाउने, स्वशक्तिको पहिचान, सकारात्मक सोचको विकास गरी आत्मविश्वास जगाउने काम विद्यालयले गनुपर्ने

- बहुभाषिक र बहुसांस्कृतिक सौन्दर्य अझ उज्यालो पार्दै विद्यमान प्रतिभा र बौद्धिकता जगाउन विद्यार्थीमुखी कार्यकलाप विद्यालयमा आवश्यक

- किताबका पानामा रहेका कुरालाई व्यावहारिक जीवनसँग जोडेर सिकाउने व्यवस्था मिलाई व्यक्तित्व विकासको उपयुक्त वातावरण निर्माण गर्नुपर्ने

- हावर्ड गार्डनरको बहुबौद्धिकताको कुरालाई ध्यान दिएर शिक्षण क्रियाकलाप सम्पन्न गरियो भने विद्यार्थीको बौद्धिक विकास हुन सक्ने

- डार्विनको प्रतिभालाई कक्षाकोठाको खुराकले नपुगेर उनले प्रकृतिलाई पाठशाला बनाई विकासवादको सिद्धान्त प्रतिपादन गरेका

- सहक्रियाकलाप र अतिरिक्त क्रियाकलापलाई विद्यार्थीभित्रको उच्च तहको सिर्जनशील चिन्तन, समीक्षात्मक चिन्तन, सञ्चार सिप, निर्णय क्षमता, समस्या समाधानलगायतका सिप विकाससित जोड्नुपर्ने

- भविष्यमा एक होनहार, सफल र आत्मविश्वासयुक्त नागरिक निर्माण गर्न विद्यालयले अहम् भूमिका निर्वाह गरोस् भन्ने अपेक्षा ।

९. वक्तृता कसरी सञ्चालन गरिन्छ, कक्षामा छलफल गर्नुहोस् ।

उत्तर : वक्तृता सञ्चालनका लागि सर्वप्रथम समसामयिक विषयवस्तुमा आधारित रहेर शीर्षक चयन गरिन्छ । उक्त शीर्षकमा कक्षागत रूपमा प्रतियोगिता सञ्चालन गरिन्छ । प्रत्येक कक्षाबाट छनोट भएका उत्कृष्ट विद्यार्थीबिचमा विद्यालय स्तरमा प्रतियोगिता सञ्चालनको तयारी गरिन्छ । उक्त प्रतियोगिताका लागि उद्घोषक छनोट गरिन्छ । प्रधानाध्यापक कार्यक्रमको अध्यक्ष रहन्छन् भने विव्यस अध्यक्ष प्रमुख अतिथिका रूपमा रहन्छन् । एक जना समयपालक रहन्छन् । तीन जना शिक्षक निर्णायकको भूमिकामा रहन्छन् । प्रतियोगी बाहेकका विद्यार्थी र अभिभावक तथा अन्य आमन्त्रित व्यक्ति दर्शकका रूपमा रहन्छन् ।

१०. 'विद्यार्थी जीवनमा अनुशासनको महत्त्व' शीर्षकमा छोटो वक्तृता तयार पार्नुहोस् । 

विद्यार्थी जीवनमा अनुशासनको महत्त्व (वक्तृता)

आदरणीय सभाध्यक्ष महोदय ! प्रमुख अतिथिज्यू, गुरुवर्ग, निर्णायक मण्डल एवम् मेरा प्रतिस्पर्धी तथा सम्पूर्ण मित्र ! आज आयोजित यस वक्तृत्वकला प्रतियोगितामा सहभागी भई आफ्ना भनाइ राख्न पाउँदा म गौरवान्वित छु । आजको वक्तृताको विषय छ, 'विद्यार्थी जीवनमा अनुशासनको महत्त्व ।' सभाध्यक्ष महोदय !

सबैभन्दा पहिला म अनुशासनको अर्थ भन्न चाहन्छु । 'शासन' शब्दमा 'अनु' उपसर्ग लागेर 'अनुशासन' शब्द बनेको हो । यसको अर्थ 'नियममा बस्नु' भन्ने हुन्छ । तसर्थ हामीले नियमको परिधिभित्र रहेर आफ्ना गतिविधि सञ्चालन गर्नु र कुनै पनि कार्य गर्नुलाई अनुशासन भनिन्छ । सफलता प्राप्त गरी निरन्तर अगाडि बढ्नका लागि अनुशासन हरेक व्यक्तिका लागि हरेक क्षेत्रमा आवश्यक पर्छ । अझ विद्यार्थी जीवनमा अनुशासनको निकै महत्त्व रहेको हुन्छ ।

श्रद्धेय महानुभावहरू !

अनुशासन विद्यार्थी जीवनको लागि नभई नहुने कुरा हो । उहिले ऋषिमुनिहरूको आश्रममा ज्ञान आर्जन गर्नका लागि जाने शिष्यहरूका लागि अनुशासनलाई निकै जोड दिइन्थ्यो । सामान्य व्यक्ति मात्र होइन त्यहाँ अध्ययन गर्न जाने राजकुमारहरूले समेत उक्त अनुशासनको पालना गर्नुपर्थ्यो । यसबाट पनि हामी अनुशासनको विद्यार्थी जीवनमा कति महत्त्वपूर्ण रहेछ मनन गर्न सक्छौं ।

अनुशासनमा रहनु भनेको सफलतातिर अग्रसर रहनु पनि हो । अनुशासनमा रहने विद्यार्थी नै शिक्षकको प्रिय बन्न सक्छ । विद्यालयका हरेक गतिविधिमा हामीले ध्यान दियौं भने अनुशासित विद्यार्थीले नै सफलता हासिल गरिरहेको हुन्छ । अनुशासनमा रहने व्यक्ति नै सबैको लागि उदाहरणीय बन्न सक्छ । कतिपय शिक्षक तथा विद्यार्थीले अनुशासनलाई हाउगुजी मानेको समेत पाइन्छ । तर अनुशासन आफूले तोकिएको नियममा रहेर तोकिएको कार्य इमानदार भएर गर्नु हो । अनुशासन तोकिएको आचारसंहिताको पालना पनि हो ।

यसर्थ हरेक क्षेत्रमा उत्तिकै महत्त्व रहेको अनुशासन विद्यार्थी जीवनमा झनै महत्त्वपूर्ण छ । हामी विद्यार्थी भविष्यका कर्णधार भएकाले हाम्रो उन्नति प्रगति राष्ट्रको उन्नति प्रगतिसँग पनि जोडिएको हुन्छ । तसर्थ हामीले असल नागरिक बन्न अनुशासनमा जोड दिनु आवश्यक छ भन्दै म मेरो भनाइ यहीँ बन्द गर्दछु । धन्यवाद !

११. तलको दैनिकीको नमुना पढ्नुहोस् र तपाईंले भ्रमण गरेको कुनै एउटा रमणीय स्थलको विषयवस्तु समेटी एक दिनको दैनिकी तयार पार्नुहोस् :

आज पुस १० गते, म बिहान सबेरै उठेँ । बाहिर चराचुरुङ्गी चिरबिर स्वरमा कराउँदै थिए । घुम्न जाने उत्साहले होला सधै उठिरहने समयभन्दा छिटो उठेछु । हातमुख धोएर, खाजाखाइसकेपछि पो अर्लाम बज्यो । ममीले हिजै भन्नुभएको थियो,“भोलि हतार हुन्छ । जाँदा आवश्यक पर्ने सामान तयार गरिहाल्नु है आजै ।" मैले आमाले भन्नुभएपछि हिजै झोला तयार गरिसकेको थिएँ । त्यसपछि घुम्न जाने हाम्रो पूर्वयोजनाअनुसार म तयार हुन थालें ।

बिहान ६ बजे,“कति समय लगाउनुभएको हिँड्नु छिटो ।" भन्दै भाइ आइपुग्यो र हामी उकालो चढ्न थाल्यौं । यात्रामा म र भाइ थियौं । हाम्रो गन्तव्यय थियो ककनी र त्यहाँ पुगेर हिउँ खेल्ने । पसिना बगाउँदै, गफ गर्दै जाँदाजाँदै ३ घण्टा कसरी बित्यो पत्तै भएनछ । हामी करिब ९ बजेतिर मानेभन्ज्याङमा पुग्यौं । त्यहाँ पुगुन्जेल भोकले तिरिमिर भइसकेका थियौं । घरबाट लगेको खाजा खायौं र निकै चिसो भएकाले नजिकैको होटलमा छिरेर दुई दुई कप चिया खायौं । करिब १ घण्टा हिँडेपछि हामी ककनी पुग्यौं त्यहाँ हिउँले सेताम्यै भएको थियो । त्यहाँबाट हिमालको दृश्य झनै मनमोहक थियो । अनि हामी हिउँका डल्लाले एकअर्कालाई हान्दै खेलिरहेको तस्बिरहरू खिच्यौ । भिडियो पनि बनायौँ । अनि नजिकैको होटेलमा गएर नास्ता गर्यो । अनि करिब ३ बजेतिर घर फर्कियौं । पहिलोचोटी मैले हिउँको अनुभव गर्न पाएकोले निकै रमाइलो लाग्नुको साथै थकाइ पनि लागेको थियो । अनि बेलुकाको खाना खाएँ र त्यसपछि छोटो दैनिकी तयार पारी राती ८:३० बजेतिर सुतें ।

१२. दिइएको अनुच्छेद पढ्नुहोस् र सोधिएका प्रश्नको उत्तर दिनुहोस् :

क) उत्तर दिनुहोस् :

अ) बहुबौद्धिकताको सिद्धान्तका प्रतिपादक को हुन् ?

= बहुबौद्धिकताको सिद्धान्तका प्रतिपादक हार्बड गार्डनर हुन् । 

आ) बौद्धिकताका प्रकार उल्लेख गर्नुहोस् ?

= भाषिक, तार्किक गणितिय स्थानिक दृश्यात्मक, प्राकृतिक, साङ्गीतात्मक, शारीरिक गतिबोधनक, अन्तरवैयक्तिक र अन्तः वैयक्तिक गरी आठ प्रकारका बौद्धिकता हुन्छन् ।

इ) भाषिक बौद्धिकताअन्तर्गत पर्ने कुरा के हो ? 

= भाषिक बौद्धिकताअन्तर्गत मौखिक र लिखित रूपमा प्रभावकारी ढङ्गले भाषा प्रयोग गर्ने क्षमता पर्दछ ।

ई) तपाईंमा मुख्य रूपमा कुन बौद्धिकता रहे जस्तो लाग्छ ?

= ममा मुख्य रूपमा भाषिक बौद्धिकता रहे जस्तो लाग्छ।

ख) भाषा संरचना पहिचान गर्नुहोस् :

अ) अनुच्छेदमा भएका कुनै दुई पारिभाषिक शब्द लेख्नुहोस् ।

= गणितीय, दृश्यात्मक

आ) अनुच्छेदबाट एकवचन र बहुवचनका एक एकओटा क्रियापद टिप्नुहोस् ।

एकवचन : गर्छ 

बहुवचन : पर्छन्

इ) अनुच्छेदबाट श, ष, स प्रयोग भएका एक एकओटा शब्द लेख्नुहोस् । 

= शिक्षण, विशेषता, सामान्यतया

ई) 'हाउभाउ' र 'रुचि' शब्दको अर्थ लेख्नुहोस् ।

= हाउभाउ : अनुहार वा शरीरको भाषा

रुचि : चाहाना, इच्छा

१३. दिइएको सन्दर्भ पढ्नुहोस् र तोकिएको कार्य गर्नुहोस् :

राजकिशोरले कक्षाको राम्रोसँग नेतृत्व गरे झैँ कक्षाका साथीको नेतृत्व गर्नका लागि नेतृत्वकर्ताका रूपमा मन्तव्य व्यक्त गर्नुहोस् ।

= सम्पूर्ण आदरणीय साथीहरू,

म तपाईहरूकै चिरपरिचित साथी उमेश प्रधानको तर्फबाट नमस्कार । अहिले विद्यालयबाट विद्यार्थीहरूको तर्फबाट प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने एक नेतृत्व चयन गर्ने प्रक्रियमा एउटा उम्मेदवारको रूपमा म तपाईंहरूका समक्ष उभिएको छु ।

मैले सधै भरि विद्यालय र विद्यार्थीहरूको बिचमा एउटा पुलको भूमिका निर्वाह गर्ने छु । विद्यार्थीहरू समस्यालाई विद्यालयसम्म पुन्याउने र समाधानको लागि पहल गर्ने छु । कसैलाई कुनै आधारमा भेदभाव नगरी समान व्यवहार गर्ने छु । सबै साथीहरूलाई असल काममा प्रेरित गरी विद्यालयको वातावरण राम्रो बनाउने प्रयास गरिरहने छु । मलाई तपाईंहरूको साथ र सहयोग प्राप्त भएपछि सबैको हितमा उदाहरणीय काम गर्ने छु । तपाईंको सहयोग अवश्य पाउँछु भन्ने विश्वास छ ।

विद्यार्थी जीवनमा अनुशासनले सबै सही चीजहरूलाई आकर्षित गर्दछ, र यस कारणले गर्दा विद्यार्थीहरूले आफ्नो जीवनको प्रत्येक क्षेत्रमा सफलता प्राप्त गर्छन्। विद्यार्थीको जीवनमा, अनुशासनलाई सधैं उनीहरूको लक्ष्यहरूमा ध्यान केन्द्रित गर्न गाइडको रूपमा राखिएको हुन्छ। एक अनुशासित विद्यार्थीले आफ्नो लक्ष्यमा ध्यान केन्द्रित गर्छ र तिनीहरूको दिमागले अन्य बेकारका कुराहरूबारे सोच्दैन।

राम्रो अनुशासित बच्चाको जीवनमा सकारात्मक मनोवृत्ति हुन्छ। एक राम्रो अनुशासित विद्यार्थी ध्यान केन्द्रित छ। अनुशासनले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई उनीहरूको अध्ययनका साथै उनीहरूको जीवनका अन्य क्षेत्रहरूमा केन्द्रित र उत्प्रेरित हुन सिकाउँछ। बलियो लक्ष्यहरू भएका व्यक्तिहरू बढी केन्द्रित हुन्छन् र दैनिक जीवनमा सधैं आफ्नो काम समयमै राख्छन्। यसले विद्यार्थीलाई शान्त र संयमित रहन मद्दत गर्छ। यसले उसलाई फोकस कायम राख्न र समस्याहरूसँग अगाडि बढ्न मद्दत गर्दछ।

यसैबीच, अनुशासित नभएको विद्यार्थीलाई आफ्नो पढाइमा ध्यान दिन गाह्रो हुन्छ। एक राम्रो अनुशासित विद्यार्थी पनि सक्रिय छ। उनीहरुलाई थाहा छ उनीहरुको लागि के राम्रो छ। एक सक्रिय विद्यार्थीले नियमित व्यायाम, राम्रो खाना खाने र राम्रोसँग आराम गर्ने जस्ता अनुशासित बानीहरू पछ्याउँछन्। अनुशासनले विद्यार्थीलाई उसको/उनको सबै विषयहरूको लागि समय समावेश गर्ने सबै कुराको लागि उचित समयतालिका कायम गर्न मद्दत गर्छ।

अनुशासित विद्यार्थीमा राम्रो आत्म-नियन्त्रण हुन्छ। राम्रो अनुशासित व्यक्ति परीक्षा वा दिनहुँको कामको समयमा तनावबाट मुक्त भएर सधैं खुसी रहन्छ। उचित अनुशासनले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई सबै कुराप्रति सकारात्मक मनोवृत्ति निर्माण गर्न मद्दत गर्छ। यसले तिनीहरूलाई बिस्तारै र स्थिर रूपमा आफ्नो प्रदर्शन सुधार गर्न मद्दत गर्दछ।

राम्रो अनुशासित विद्यार्थीको उदाहरण समय भन्दा पहिले राम्रोसँग अध्ययन गर्नु हो, परीक्षा अघि मात्र होइन। यस्तो अनुशासनका साथ, काम राम्ररी योजनाबद्ध र समयमा कार्यान्वयन हुन्छ। अनुशासनले तनावमुक्त रहन र डिप्रेसनबाट बाहिर निस्कन मद्दत गर्छ। परीक्षा भन्दा पहिले नै राम्रोसँग अध्ययन गर्दा विद्यार्थीको शैक्षिक उपलब्धिहरूमा पनि स्वतः सकारात्मक प्रभाव पर्छ।

There are many features of human beings that differentiate us from other creatures. We have distinct physical and psychological traits. One of the most important traits of a human being is Discipline. It is a characteristic that carries great importance in our life. It is an essential behavior. But even more so, Discipline carries a bigger role in a student’s life. Students are the people who learn various things to achieve goals acquire knowledge and develop professions. Generally, students are considered to be in the younger age group. It is the time of life where one slowly starts to build their future. It is a future building stage where proper guidance would result in a good future and one of the major factors that helps shape a student’s future is discipline.

Discipline is the way of self-righteousness It is the way of honesty, hard work, motivation, and encouragement throughout life. When students learn discipline early in school, it helps shape their life better and have an advantage as they get older. Discipline plays a vital role in shaping the mentality of children too. Discipline teaches students to be attracted to and attract all good and positive things in life. This way a student’s mind does not wander around and is fixated on achieving a set goal. Anyone that is not disciplined cannot keep their mind focused on their work. A disciplined student is well organized and follows a good timetable as they have a larger goal in life.

A disciplined student has a positive attitude and a mindset. This helps students remain calm, composed even in the face of stress and helps him/her to maintain focus and to keep moving on with the problems. A well-disciplined student rarely needs to face stress from school work. They have a set routine and do their work dutifully. A disciplined student has self-control. They have proper control over their social and educational life. They study in time to avoid last-minute exam pressure, submit their reports on time, and moreover do not have to fear about their work. Their mentality remains happy and stress-free.

A disciplined student tends to learn more in class. They remain focus and listen to the lectures well. This automatically leads to better academic progress. One of the major problems in students is procrastination. Procrastination is the habit of delaying an important task, it is an unhealthy habit followed usually by focusing on less urgent, more enjoyable, and easier activities instead. This makes studying and concentrating difficult leading to more stress in the future. This is not a problem for a disciplined student. Discipline helps shape a student’s life and modify their bad habits into good.

Other importances of discipline in student’s life not only lie in education. Socially too, people respect well-disciplined students. A well-disciplined student is always respectable and easy to talk to. Discipline removes negative traits such as arrogance too. They are liked by peers and other people alike. A Disciplined student realizes their responsibility in society. Their mind has no time for useless information and abides by the laws. Even if a single student is well mannered and discipline, it sets a good example to others. Most disciplined people turn out to be great leaders and have such confidence. Helping the needy, social services are some good works of a disciplined student.

Being well-disciplined is the path to success in life. However academically forward one maybe, if their behavior is not correct then people will not like them. Winning people’s hearts is an important factor in moving forward. A disciplined person always sets a positive example for others. This is why discipline is very important to be taught and realized early in life.

अनुशासनको महत्त्व निबन्ध नेपालीमा, अनुशासनको महत्त्व.

'अनुशासन' ;शासन' शब्दका अगिल्तिर 'अनु' उपसर्ग लागि बनेको शब्द हो। 'अनुशासन' शब्दले 'सामाजिक, नैतिक, धार्मिक, राजनैतिक आदि नियम-नियमावलीको मर्यादा र सो मर्यादाभित्र रहने कम भन्ने अर्थ बुझाउँछ. यसले 'आदर्श आचरण र त्यसको पालना गर्ने कम ' भन्ने अर्थ पनि व्यक्त गर्दछ। वास्तवमा अनुशासन भनेको मानवजातिको सर्वोत्तम गुण ह। अनुशासित पनि बन्न पुग्दछ. यस्ता व्यक्तिलाई सबैले मन पराउँछन्।

अनुशासन भनेको नियमपालन हो। प्रकृतिले पनि नियमको  पालन गरेको पाइन्छ। पृथ्वीले एक निश्चित गतिमा सूर्यको परिक्रमा गरिरहेको हुन्छ र यसै आधारमा दिन  र रातको प्रक्रिया चालू भाइरहन्छ। विशाल समुद्र पनि आफ्नो निश्चित सीमामा अडेको हुन्छ। गर्मी र जाडो मौसम पनि नियमनुसार नै आउँछन्। त्यसै गरी हावा, बादल, पहाड, आगो, रुख आदि सबै आ-आफ्ना नियामअनुसार चलेका हुन्छन्।प्रकृतिको यस प्रकारको अनुशासनकै आडमा मानवजीवन पनि अडेको छ। यदि प्रकृति अनुशासनमा रहने भने मानवजीवनको अस्तित्व नै सन्कटमा पर्दछ. प्रकृतिमा पाइने यस्तो अनुशासन मानिसका लागि प्रेरणादायी बनेको छ।

अनुशासन मानिसका लागि अति आवश्यक छ। अनुशासनको पलना गर्ने व्यक्तिले समाजमा उच्च पद र प्रतिष्ठा प्राप्त गर्दछ। यस्तो व्यक्ति सबैका नजरमा आसल ठहरिन्छ. अनुशासनको क्षेत्र ज्यादै फराकिलो पनि छ।घरपरिवारदेखि लिएर समाज, धर्म, संस्कृति, राजनीति, वित्त आदि सबै क्षेत्रमा अनुशासन चाहिन्छ एउटा घरपरिवारम बाबु, आमा, छोरा, छोरी, दाजु, भाई  आदि सबैले एक-अर्कालाई आदर र माया गर्नुपर्छ। समाजमा बसेपछि एक-अर्काको कदर गर्ने, सामाजिक नीतिनियमको पालना गर्ने, दुख परेको बेलामा एकले अर्कालाई सक्दो सहयोग गर्ने अनि कसैप्रति भेदभाव नगर्ने जस्ता आदर्श आचरण अनुशासनकै घेराभित्र पर्दछन्. आफूले मान्ने गरेको धर्मक नीतिनियमको पालना गर्नू हरेक व्यक्तिको मुख्य कर्तब्य हुदैँ हो. त्यसै गरी संस्कृतिक मूल्य र मान्यताका अनुसरण पनि सबैले गर्नुपर्दछ. राजनीतिक क्षेत्रम त् झन् अनुशासन हुनु अपरिहार्य छ. राजनीति गर्नेहरु अनुशासनहीन भए पनि त्यसको असर सिङ्गो राष्ट्रलाई पर्दछ, संपुर्ण जनतालाई पर्दछ. वित्तीय क्षेत्रम अनुशासन भएन भने कुनै राष्ट्र, समाज तथा व्यक्तिको उन्नति नहुने भएकाले यस क्षेत्रमा पनि अनुशासनको महत्त्व टडकारो रुपमा खट्किन्छ. त्यसै गरी सरकारी तथा गैरसरकारी कार्यालय, प्रहरीसेवा र सेनामा त् अनुशासन नभई हुँदैन. तसैले यी क्षेत्रमा अनुशासनको  कडाइक साथ पालना गरिन्छ. यी विभिन्न क्षेत्रमा अनुशासनको पालना नहुने हो भने स्थिति डरलाग्दो गम्भीर हुन् गई मानवजीवन नै अस्तव्यस्त बन्न पुग्दछ.

बिद्यार्थी जीवनमा अनुशासनको ज्यादै महत्त्व रहन्छ. अनुशासनईन बिद्यार्थीको पढाइ राम्रो हुन् सक्दैन भने अनुशासित बिद्यार्थीले पढाइमा अल्लेख्नीय सफलता हासिल गर्न सक्दछ. बिद्यालयका नियमको अक्षरश: पालना गर्ने, शिक्षकको सान गर्ने र तिनले पढाएको-सिकाएको कुरा ध्यम दिएर अध्ययन गर्ने विद्यार्थी पछि गएर असल नागरिक बन्दछ र उसको भविष्य पनि उज्जवल बन्दछ। बिहानले दिनको संकेत गर्छ भनेझैँ विद्यार्थी जीवनले मानिसको भविष्य राम्रो वा नराम्रो के हुने भन्ने कुराको संकेत गर्दछ। त्यसैलेहरेक विद्यार्थी  आफ्नो भविष्य राम्रो होस् भन्नाक लागि अनुशासित भएर पढ्नुपर्छ। अनुशासनहीण विद्यार्थी उद्दण्डत, अराजकता, र विक्र्तिको बाटो तिर लाग्दछ.यस्ता विद्यार्थी भविष्यमा निकै पछुताउनुपर्दछ।

अनुशासनको पालना आफूभित्रैबाट हुनुपर्दछ. सबैले सचेत भई सामाजिक नीति-नियमका घेराभित्र रहेर कम गर्नु उचित हुच्न्हा।  आफू अनुशासनमा रहने मानिसले नै अरुलाई पनि अनुशासनको पाठ पढाउन सक्छ। जुन व्यक्ति  अनुसासित छैन त्यसले अरु कसैले पनि अनुशासित बनाउन सक्तैन। त्यसै गरी कसैले दण्ड, डर र धाम्कीबाट अरुलाई अनुशासन सृजना गरी कायम गरिने अनुशासन क्षणिक हुन्छ,  त्यस्तो अनुशासन सधैँ टिकीरहँदैन। सबैले पहिले आफै अनुशासनमा बस्नु जरुरि छ. यस अर्थमा आत्माअनुशासन नै  अनुशासनको पहिलो शर्त हो।

अनुशासनमा नरहने मानिस लगामविनाको घोडाजस्तै हुन्छ. उसले जीवनमा केही गर्न सक्तैन।उसको जीवन जोखिमपूर्ण पनि हुन्छ। तर अनुशासनको बाटोमा हिँड्ने मानिसले जीवनमा सफलताको शिखर छुन सक्तछ।अनुशासनले व्यक्तिलाई मात्र नभई परिवार, समाज, राष्ट्र र विश्वलाई समेत शिष्ट, सभ्य र सुसंस्कृत बनाउँछ। अनुशासनको पालनाबाट सबैको भलाइ हुने कुरामा दुई मत छैन।

Good morning everyone presents here. I stand before you to deliver a speech on discipline. Jim Rohan has beautifully quoted that discipline is the link between goals and success. Discipline is an act of rules and regulation which we follow from our childhood till the end of our life. A well-disciplined people perform their work in the right way and in a given time.

Discipline is something that keeps every person in control. It motivates a person to progress in life. Everybody follow discipline in his/her life in a different form. Although, everyone has his own prospect of discipline. Some person considers it a part of their life and some don’t. The temporary pleasure that gives is not the real pleasure of freedom.

Importance and Types of Discipline

Without discipline, the life of an individual will become dull and inactive. Also, a disciplined individual can control and handle the situation of living in a sophisticated way than those who do not. Besides, if you have a plan and you want to implement it in your life. Then you need discipline. It makes things easy for you to handle. It ultimately brings success to your life.

If we talk about the types of discipline, there are two types. The first type is induced discipline and the second one is self-discipline. Induced discipline is something that others impart us or we learn by seeing others. While self- discipline derives from within. We learn it on our own self. Self-discipline needs a lot of motivation and support from others.

The Need for Discipline

We want discipline in almost everywhere in life. So, it is good to practice discipline from the early stages of our life. Self-discipline means different things to different persons. For students, its meaning is different. For an employee its meaning is different. And for children its meaning is different.

Furthermore, the meaning of discipline changes with the phases of life and priority. Not everybody can be disciplined because it involves a lot of hard work and dedication. Also, it needs a positive mind and a healthy body. One has to be strict with discipline. So that he or she can successfully complete the road of success.

Advantages of Discipline

The disciple is a staircase by which the person can achieve success. It helps a person to concentrate on his/her goals in life. Also, it does not allow him/her derivate from the goal. Moreover, it brings perfection in a person’s life by training and educating the mind and body of the person. So that he or she can respond to the rules and regulations.

If we talk about professional life, then disciplined persons are always getting more opportunities than the undisciplined person. Also, it adds an exceptional element to the personality of the individual. Besides, the individual leaves a positive impact on the mind of people wherever she or he goes.

In conclusion, I may say that discipline is one of the key elements of our life. An individual can only be successful if she or he strictly live a healthy and disciplined life. Besides, the discipline also helps us in many ways. It motivates the person around us to be disciplined. Above all, discipline helps the individual to achieve the success that he or she wants in life.
